Finally gonna run again.

ad

So it has been a while out of the gym. Tore my AC joint. Been back in the gym a month or so. Going pretty light. Down to 195 lbs from 218. But feel ready to give my body a slight. boost.
I am gonna run 600 Ml of Test Cyp, 600 Ml of EQ, for 15 weeks. Mast prop 100 ml every other day. Test prop at 150 EOD for the first 14 days. Looking for thoughts on this cycle. Goals are for slower gains so a slightly longer cycle. Bringing my food intake up slowly as the EQ levels out around week 8.

Doubt you'll put on much of anything going light. I had ac joint problems but never tore it. Still took me a good while before going all out at the gym. IMO go natty, get ripped with light weights higher reps and a clean diet. When you can do some serious lifting where gains will be there then I'd think about gearing up.

ac joint tear is a serious injury brother. id check with your doc to make sure your fully recovered before you start blasting up the AAS. but at least you did pick EQ which will help with collagen synthesis. if you can sub out the mast with Var youd be even better off. but even so, none of those compounds will do you any good if you end up hurt again

I think you are right after further research, var may be substituted for Mast, but I am pretty sure i am ready. I feel good. lifting light and lots of stretching. Doctor gave green light to start lifting bands first then baby dumbells. but it's been over a month of that and I'm feeling great almost full mobility.

i recommended var instead of mast because of the healing aspects of oxandrolone. it promotes collagen synthesis better than any other hormone afaik, along with EQ. thats why its prescribed to burn victims. ...id stilll check off with your doc that you can switch to weights instead of bands before you pin though. best of luck brother.

Agree brother, it's been over a year I've been back for a while started with bands, then tiny dumbbells, now barbells exercises. It's a struggle but i believe the body is ready. Im not gonna push the weight envelope gonna stay in the 10-15 rep range.
