Morning HGH shot, better sleep?

Hi guys, for those guys who take gh in the morning and /or post workout and do not take it before bed, do you still get the benefit of deep sleep?

Yes it does suck. I combined it with Ephedrine and lots of coffee. Plus it was only the first 14 days in my cycle. You should get more sleep anyways since your body is boosting.

It´s really a hell to be tired all day, but you are getting results, so it´s OK for me in the end.

Just my personal experience with it.

I like to take it in the morning, Its kinda boosting me all day. Plus after sleep your body produces natural amount of HGH when you sleep. Ofc during workouts your body will produce it as well.

But thats just my personal preferences.

3-4 ui. Mainly because it's just easier to do it on empty stomach. I get up, pin, take aa and shower and get ready for work, which takes aprox an hour and then I eat. At first I started doing it to avoid suppresion of natual release but the more I read about it, the more confusing it became as opinions on that are divided. I saw that a few respectable members suggested doing it in morning so I followed. If I were to use anything over iu, I would split am/pm. I have to tell yoi though that I'm no expert in HGH as I just started using it about 6 months ago. But going to your original question, I do have problems with sleep and pinning hgh in the morning made a huge differrnce in my sleep quality. Jjope this helps.

I'm doing the same protocol as you, and I've been shredding pretty well after running 4ui every morning for 4 months. I do like to nap now though, and since I work from home, my lunch break becomes a 20 minute nap for me. Smile I never used to do that until I started running hgh.

What dose are you taking and when? Are you not taking at night because you don't want to disrupt your bodies own production during sleep?

Well mixed thoughts here.. I personally think you do. That´s why I take it in the morning.

Plus depends on what you want. lose weight or increase muscle mass.

What's the best method to use for fat burn vs increase muscle mass? My understanding is for fat loss, take it in the morning, then fasted workout. For muscle mass, take it directly after workout, but not sure of you should take it with simple carbs and protein post workout or not. I workout at 630am. What if I take 2iu pre-workout and 2iu post workout, at 9am?

i agree with you on the morning for fat loss
i was over weight last year and did 3iu injections every morning followed by 30 40mins uphill walking, i took some yohinbine based fat burners as well, but i lose a ton of fat withing 8 weeks, it worked amazing. i think it was the combination of gh and the fat burner, but i've never been able to lose that kind of weight, and by weight i mean fat. my stomach really shrunk

i didnt know that taking hgh can give you fatigure, i read theres water retention sometimes, but thats a first
