Oats, chicken, broccoli, chicken, repeat

Gotta say I really enjoy the staples (oats/grits, poultry, greens), but I'm in love with a hamburger... Weird? Don't judge, it works for us... ;)
Love affairs aside, anyone have some great/easy recipes with lean meats that I can court (I have a pound of dried Morels :)? Maybe take out for a nice dinner? See where things go from there?
Yeah.. I'm a smart ass.
Oh.. And the kale/broccoli/Brussel sprout salad w/poppyseed dressing is the bombest if you haven't had it yet.. Think its called 7 superfoods or something
Thanks!

Diet depends on goals, lean meats are fine and dandy if you're cutting up. What goals are you trying to achieve, maybe I have some favorites I can recommend to help keep it new.
Thanks for the reply man, looking to put on lean mass, not cutting till March.. I eat often (5 meals ED) ... prepped breakfast burritos (egg, sausage n black beans every morning), lunch 1 & lunch 2 are where I struggle, subway meatball, or worse usually... 60g protein & 40g karbolyn post workout, chicken n greens for dinner... Any suggestions on prepping a deese lunch?? I try to cook for the weeks lunch on Sundays..
Thanks!
You're cutting yourself short by trying to keep it lean. If you're going to be chiseling come March, you may as well get some solid mass on by then, but I'm not sure how well you'd hold it since you're going to be going into a deficit in 2 months.
Try mixing in some fattier beefs for your lunches, and some low GI carbs such as sweet potatoes or some whole wheat pasta.
Right now for example, I'm eating my Franken-lasagna, which consists of 80/20 ground beef (organic, but only because my butcher gives it to me at the same price as regular), with whole wheat penne, and a ricotta/cottage cheese mix. I have 18oz pre-prepped for lunch, and then another 18oz pre-prepped to eat in another 3 hours.
If you're looking to pack on mass, carbs are your best friend. Try increasing the carbs you consume in your PWO shake, and then an hour after the shake have a solid meal. Maybe some sirloin, or offal, with some baked sweet potatoes.
I've been doing a lot of reading through Makwa's posts in the dieting section, and I recommend you do the same. He's got some amazing information up here on dieting.
Good man, thanks for the tips.. I posted a before pic of my aptly dubbed 'baby traps' I've been chatting with makawa about diet... Anxious to hear what his input is...
Great community
He's the man, listen to what he says and you can't go wrong brother.
