Young guys (21-30) Yes I realize there are dudes under 25 probably on this site scouring for info on how to get huge and ripped and be jay cutler or kai greene.
Let me start by saying I've been reading and reading posts mainly by Makwa and Rustyhooker about the dieting and training and I feel like I've been doin it wrong until now. I was cutting on very low calories and lost a good amount of fat, but I hit a plateau for a few weeks.
I read the threads about dieting and actually increased my calories and times I ate per day and I've been back to feeling great, stronger, and losing fat.
Young guys, notice I mentioned nothing about any drugs thus far. Because when I got the best gains of my life, I was in pct and had my diet nailed down.
This may be a pointless regurgitation of already stated, proven facts to some. But I wanted to basically give a shoutout to the people whose knowledge I used to better myself, because that's really the only way I can show my gratitude.
FYI please don't thumb me up, I don't want anyone thinking I'm kissing ass for karma. That is irrelevant to me. Just feeling good lately and wanted to share the positive vibes.

RustyhookerI wish we had a spot like this when I was young. Hell, dan duchaine broke the mold after I was 25 creating ALL the ugl recipes, followed by Llewellyn. You had to read 6months...6 months of the monthly magazines just to see the phd proof on 1 type of chem. Here its all laid out but silver spoons too lazy. Lol
Yep...diet...the who, what, where, when and why....the backbone of every successful body builder...food a much needed, and then some, entity for growth, the immune system, and homeostasis...

Blood type diets....check them out...animals eat better than we do...they get their protein in the form of grass and grains....they grow fast and some arent even injected with anything....no meds, vaccines, nothing...
Wait, what? I have to eat to build muscle? I thought I just had to lift and juice up.....

Don't you find it ammusing that a guy can come to this site running or looking for gear and the guy has no clue how to diet up or down? Unless you're a trt guy and not looking to transform then how does one get to this stage without knowing how to eat properly. Crazy to me

You're right...I guess I'll hop on the fact bandwagon, even if it takes all of the magic out of the fact that there is no magic oral or oil. BOOOOO....wait...hardwork is the magic! Brilliant! lol
For what it's worth I didn't start using till I was 33. I've been on almost 10 straight years now.... Keep in mind I pin about once a week and keep my doses under 500mg ..that's all products combined.. E.g if I'm doing test only I'll do 500mg a week.. If I'm doing test and EQ I'll do 300test 200eq. This has worked for me... But I worked out for almost 18 years before I took anything.. I'm a believer that it you low dose at an older age you can continue to grow nice and steady. Don't damage your body in your 20s when your test levels ar at their peak

True that. The issue is, people are coming on here to find approval on what they want to do. Even if there are ten people disagreeing or recommending another approach and then there's this one person agreeing, this is actually what they listen too
yes exactly.. If the people with 500 karma+ say don't do it, and the 1 guy with 1 karma says do it, why do they listen to the 1 guy. Because these kids know the answers to their own questions before they ask. I remember being that way when I was younger.. You want to do something risky so you ask people who already do that behavior.. except here, the people using aas aren't immature teenagers smoking cigarettes to rebel against mom, they are grown adults who care about the health of people and themselves

That's it bro. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. Some people listen others need to learn the hard way, the price they end up paying varies.
Yes sir, I left hear out on purpose, its not irrelevant, but it isn't the main reason a person is in shape.. Look at Jay Cutler for instance, I like him actually I've seen documentaries on him etc he seems like a good dude. But his diet and training are so much more intense than what I do, that is why I don't look like him. I could take any drug on earth and I cannot look like him. The key young folks need to realize is idolize yourself, be the best YOU that YOU can be. You can't be Jay, you can be you. Look to the pros as motivation and inspiration yes, but don't try to copy them. It was true when my dad told me as a boy there is shit I won't understand until I get older lol.
