Once some of you guys see this, pay fkn attention to how much (mg) of gear this guy takes and then ask why you are taking 5 times this guys dose. Whats his secret? Listen to everything he says. This is why this guy has always been my favorite and has a GREAT physique.

You know what brother, i have witnessed the power of creatine monohydrate with guys that know how to eat and train properly.

And i may catch some flak for this comment but i truly mean it!..... if creatine had been available back when i started in 81 i reckon once i had proved its worth i would have never even bothered going near steroids... and if PEPS had been around there is absolutely no way i would have reached out for steroids..... fk me! side free gains for peanuts............ it would have been a no-brainer.

Read a study where 30 grams to 50grams creatine dramatically lowered myostatin serum levels. I'll have to find it.

Not sure I would want to put down 50g creatine. Just 5g/d keeps me about 4lbs heavier than without. Really haven't noticed much of a difference when I go higher than that.

A few months back I mentioned how great creatine worked for me, and I got flamed. I've used creatine on and off for 20 years. I only cycle it because I feel like your body adapts eventually, so I go off to hit the reset button. Obviously gear works faster, but I hate the pct.

I am all for eating well, grass fed and so on....but crying because the cows and chickens are not treated nice WTF

I am not kidding that kid would be the first person I would eat when I run out of steak and fish. I have eaten all kinds of things so it would not bother me a bit. Now that I think of it if his theory about eating so obsessively clean is correct then it would actually do us good to grille him up

I clicked too just to see this, "vegan gains". Not impressed in the slightest. People making their point is fine. When you put everyone beneath you and basically call them stupid in the process, thats when I stop listening. He's a skinny pubescant bodied prick...another self righteous errogant kid like so many of them are nowadays. Ill pound him down to soften the meat even moreso than it already is you keep that grill hot brother!

I ran some creatine probably about 15yrs ago. The gains were awesome but it really messed up my stomach so I quit it. Then I tried cell tech later when it came out. If I remember right it had 75 gr of dextrose. I had to buy new pants to house my huge gut after the first 45 days, so I quit using it. I had considered trying creatine again, and after a short conv with Vike, I decided to give it another shot and I'm glad I did. Gains have been really good so far. Haven't started the peps yet but I plan to.

Did you not know that running test pre-comp is counter-productive but running a 19nor gives the desired result without aromatisation or bloat issues?

Deca and D/bol is ideal on a low cal diet for driving water deep intramuscular for fullness..... i prefer A/bombs but some dont.

Using AAS for competition purposes is totally different than anything you will ever see printed on eroids bro....... the usual "cookie cutter" test base is not always necessary.

This post is not a conversation starter ^^^^ im simply stating a fact regarding competition usage.

you know what Hooker I have only been using the stuff near 20 years, and the half life never ,mattered to me or many comp athlete running it the last 6 weeks at 300-500 a week , not to mention still running ace right after the comp at same doses half the time

you ever run it split 1-2 dbol 50mg and 1-2 drol 50mg together instead of loads of just the drol ?
to increase protein synthesis and assist the deca
also running EQ combined with A-50, to increase the fullness (have to watch your blood levels though on most people)

last weeks up to contest
running A-50+EQ+ winny+halo+Tren ace (or Hex preferred) + mast prop+primo ace+ Clen + T3
popping in letrozole the last 2 weeks to shut estro. down to get harder look

dropping HGH about 1.5 -2 weeks out to shed the thin film of water

how spot on is that ?

dropping legs out the last week, extensions only to keep them pumped so they are not all blurry ?

thats all comp prep type protocols right there bro.... like i say i could tell you knew what was what by your first response further up the thread......

i have done most everything you listed but my favourite last 6wk pre-comp blast involves Injectable Methyltrienolone + Ace + Mast + Prop/TNE (low dose with the test) A/bombs when carb loading

a combo of letro/aro/provi/nolva for water loss because i fkn hate Lasix........ that combo works great for women too, its a total estro crash but it gets the job done.

mega dose VitC and a touch of potassium helps me also...... hormone balance has gone to shit street at this stage but its only to be expected, eye balls skin over, and skin suppleness disappears! LOL this is what we do for fun lmfaoooo.

i start to pin long esters exactly 3 days after comps to regain some plasma balance... and usually at that stage i have regained 15/16lbs just from hydration... around the 4wks mark i am back to normal body weight, but if back to back comps are on the cards i adhere to a tight diet so its easier to sharpen back up within a matter of a few weeks.

re.. your last comment, i see guys backstage doing free squats trying to pump up the thighs!..... i fkn cringe bro..... worst thing to ever do is smooth the thighs out with pump, flexing alone is well adequate and stops striations burying themselves (and cramping)......... i dont do none of this fkn clenching teeth flexing until you burst type of shit. the body is so conditioned and hard just hitting the pose and flexing lightly is all thats needed, no pumping sweat out, no dragging water out of the muscle and under the skin to cloud the hard work ... nah! it took me a while to learn the art of posing and breathing with the lungs instead of the Diaphragm to stop the Ab wall pulsing forward with every breath, that is what all these Insulin gutted guys these days cannot do..... and i believe its time for change... bring back Aesthetics instead of this over grown pregnant baby GH/slin abominations look.

the greatest trick up my sleeve is this...... on the last day of carb loading (1 day out) i overlap Anadrol dosage so cleave never occurs, and i eat 1 baked potato on the hour, every hour i am awake, the fullness this creates is amazing... this method makes bellies swell up to bursting point without any subQ seepage..... when i adopted that approach my comp day transformed, no more worrying about being flat,,, peeling the bed sheets back on competition morning and its WTF!!.... swole full and vascular without having to flex.... it blows my mind its unbelievable.

You ever use the synthetek item for vascularity ? Seen some pretty freak junk with that as well.

I think a lot of the gh gut is massive amounts of foods consumed per sitting and guys dont train abs or keep them tight to a degree, not just the fault of HGH

I am with you on the peps too, IGf and loads of pesm gh and slin you bring out some sick stuff hehe

This is my all time favorite bodybuilder of all time! Most guys now I days workout for 2 week to a month and start asking and looking into roids! What happened to the hard work the eating till you can't eat and then still keep eating. This generation now a days is just lazy and wants everything the easy way instead of earning it.

Cool, calm, collected, humble...a great icon of the sport. I experienced exactly what he touched on. I use to gain then lose gain then lose...had no discipline or structure in what I ate. Now with proper food intake I can gain with small amounts of gear and hold onto it. Heavy weights and heavy dinner plates.

I mean hey this guy is a legend in my opinion, he is standing the test of time, at least he is still living and able to do what he loves doing which is being in the gym. I always like Lee Priest, he is not of the body type that Im fascinated with as hes short abd stocky but nonetheless he was awesome when on his game....
