Gearing properly to get big

So I am new to supplementing have done all my research and extra. So many ppl have different opions. But I want to get big like everyone else, my question is: Is it better to bridge between cycles or to do your cycle and pct then start a new cycle? I know some ppl cycle what seems like forever and just bridge between, but I would also think your gains would be better cycling on and off? I'm currently on a ten week cycle
Test cyp 250- 500 mg/week
Dbol- 50 mg/day
Arimadex- .25mg/day

Bridging is great if you never want to produce your own testosterone, or risk having children. It was a nice idea someone presented years ago before consequences were considered and muscle was put before health.
I just want to you to be safe bro...And one must over analyze the situation when it pertains to gear usage. I made the mistake of slamming more and more because I wasn't seeing monster changes like we all hope for when we jump on the train. Its a vicious cycle. I too thought I was eating correctly and lifting with the right intensity...not even close. The magic happened when I retrained my brain and started lifting till I thought I could actually fkn die on this last rep lol. When I started taking in the right amounts of whole foods and knowingly taking in more as I did gain to support the new mass. The funny thing is I'm bigger in a better way off of the smallest amounts I've ever taken before. This place is about thoroughly considering the well being of guys new to this...so I am...knuckles bro
You sir are so right. I wish more would listen and adopt this attitude. I myself am a less is more kind of guy when it comes to gear but a more is more when is comes to food and training. People.....listen to this man. He speaks the truth!!!!
MightyMatt812I think we all did that bro it was my third cycle that I actually finally seen my gains I thought my diet was on point and it really wasn't but once I got my diet down couple years later then the growth came but that statement is completely true it's just an enhancer proper nutrition makes you grow not gear its there just to assist

Great advice my man, and that's exactly what I didn't wanna do is keep dosing for nothing, my diet is pretty on pointe, and it totally shows and I feel it. But I do feel like I get an edge from the gear and I just don't wanna abuse it. I know some guys who do some dumb supplementing and I am not trying to go there
Again...because I care brother...implying this test dbol cycle was your first cycle...was dumb...the first "cycle" you actually did do..was dumb. We live and learn though...just sucks to see guys doing it with their health.
Well it is a beginner cycle and my first cycle maybe. But all I have stated is that I'm new to supplementing, if fools have no reading comprehension I can ignore their advice. If that makes sense. But totally get the safety aspect that's why I inquired

I would drop the dbol, keep test at 500/wk and run for 12 weeks. I see u have ai on hand, so that's a plus. Always good to use one compound to start so you can gauge its effect and the effect of others in future cycles. As far as bridging at 29, I would def recommend a 12 week cycle them proper PCT. Unless you want to be on testosterone replacement the rest of your life. I'm almost 35 and still able to get test levels back up, but i always run a good post cycle.

Hey brother...go ahead and get rid of that bridge thought quick. If you are going to cycle its of utmost importance to run it correctly. Dont start a new cycle directly after pct either. Cycle length + pct length= the amount of time off using NO anabolics. As pump stated no orals either for first cycle. If you must use gear, only use test...I believe for first few cycles...actually imo...fk orals all together unless you are competing. But that's just me...
Nice, great advice! This actually my second cycle the first time I just used tren with Anadrol kik start. I don't know about this dbol, but the Anadrol was actually on pointe. That was just a four week cycle very novice. I'm gradually working my way up just wanna do it right this was good thanks
Not just as it's early days, tren and Anadrol are pretty much the best compounds to raise blood pressure. Keep separate!

Drop the dbol now...250mgs a week of the cyp for 12 weeks. Pct begins 2 weeks after last injection. Have your bloods pulled in a couple weeks to see where your levels are at<---important...
That is more than enough to have solid gains provided you are lifting like a beast...2 on 1off...It doesn't matter if an on day falls on a Friday...youre lifting...a Saturday...your lifting. Take in as much whole foods as possible, chicken, salmon, lean beef and the veggies no one wants to...broccolli, spinach, kale, asparagus, fruits...if you can kill it, pick it or pull it you eat it...carb up before you lift...keep your gut full
Well that is basically my diet plus protein shakes. So that you've said that I feel good about my diet. Why is everyone saying to drop the dbol though?
Blend a can of tuna in that protein shake...drop the dbol so you understand what compound is causing side effects if they should arise. Being this is your "first" run...test is the only compound you will run...you add 1 compound to the mix only after you understand fully how your body reacts to the prior

Your young still and it's common sense if your not a competitive bodybuilder to run short cycles and pct and recover. Your cycle looks ok but you need to drop the dbol so you can see how one compound at a time works for you, figure out the side effects and how to control them. When you add 2 compounds the first cycle and you start to grow tits you have no idea which compound is causing the side effect, you dig. You could extend the cycle to 12 weeks to get the full effects of the long ester.

Well my gains have been impressive this was a pre design stack, the dbol is just an oral kik start I'll drop it after next week, but I've used Anadrol and in comparison dbol wouldn't be my first choice
