Ok folks here we go I am going to give you the info of guy that's wanting to add some mass so he wants to run a bulk cycle this is his 2nd cycle...

Here is what he has on hand
Test e 250mg
sust 300mg
Test prop 100mg
Decca 200mg
Tren E 200mg
Been training for 8 years eating 3500-4000 calories a day
he hits the gym 1hour cardio in the morning and hour a night lifting 6 days a week.
put together a proposed cycle and make sure you use the info I have laid out and do you see anyissues

First thing i would want to know is why is he only 195lbs after 8yrs supposedly hitting the gym..... also that 3500/4000 Kcal diet plan is well adequate to get him upto and maintain around 230/235 WITHOUT steroids IF his training is properly intense and specific for gaining and not cutting..... 14% BF at this stage proves his training is lacking in intensity and volume, and his cardio is eating whatever small growth windows he opens.
This guy doesnt need steroids... he needs re-educating with an array of training principles.
Sust 300
roughly 170mgs eod (600mgs ew) for 12 weeks.
100mgs prop eod first 3 weeks (yes sust has some shorts in it but in my experience the doses are to low to really make any noticable gains until the longer esters kick in) after 3 weeks the prop tpp should be in full gear and the iso should have buld to noticable levels and the deconate is on its way up.
nolva clomid 3 weeks after last pin, id use a prop taper the during those 3 weeks. adex or aromasin on hand.
up cals to 4500 to start 400g protein, increase as weight increases , drop cardio all together for atleast the first few weeks to assess how the gear has effected his metabolism, at that point after he has a better idea on how much foodi its taking him to gain he can in 30mins 3-4 days a week IF hes really itchy to do some cardio, but id suggest none. But fat gain can be kept to bay with a properly setup diet. Id personally drop that training to 5 days a week, monday-weds, thursday off, friday sat on, sunday off. Need rest to grow.
I would ask him when the juice expires because he should wait untill he's at a better body fat %. And why tren on 2nd cycle? Or even sust for that matter. This guy would be pinin the shit out of himself for a 2nd cycle . If he just had to do it I would say run a cycle of test and decca...based off of last cycle mlgs
Body fat is not to high and nobody said he was running tren . Those are the compounds he has on hand . Lay out a cycle length and dosage
What was his first cycle? What gains did he make lean and otherwise? Did he make his gains on that same diet and cardio? Hate to play devils advocate here gym but there are a lot of factors to be considered.
Right off the bat I'd frontload sust 300 for the first two shots and then do E2D for 10 weeks, lower cardio to 30 minutes a night, up calories to 4500-5500 solid food. That's hard to do on that frame.
Standard PCT starting 8 days out.
Sust 300 (depending on if there is an added Ester or just more of the original 4) at E3D would give him about average 780 a week with the front load for ten weeks. This is assuming he did a basic cycle of 500-600 for his first go round.
The extra pinning wouldn't be a bad experie
Again it's important to know what his first cycle was. For instance at sust 300 for 780 a week the actual number would be 499 of actual test by the time all the esters release for the week and at 1110 mg a week it actually is 720 of actual test. If he had taken test enenthate 250 E3D for his first cycle he would have been at 625 a week with raw test being 438 mg/week his first go around with whatever gains he made. Sust is good for lean gains and bulk so that might be a factor to consider. However, look at the math. 625 a week of test e gives you 438 raw test per week compared to sust 300 at 780 a week giving him a positive net of only 61 mg raw test. Now, as crazy as it seems do sust 300 E2D would give him a 282 mg of raw test increase. That with a 6000 calorie diet and heavy consistent lifts with light cardio for heart will yield huge gains on just one compound.

Drop the cardio, up the caloric intake.
At 5'11" he's got 167.7lbs of LBM...
Using the Henry Benedict equation he needs about 3500 kcals just to maintain (and this is using the 60min/day exercise, which doesn't account for his cardio in the AM). Given the 15% variance, it could quite possibly put him at ~4000kcal maintenance calories. He's not eating anywhere near enough to be properly bulking.
At a roughly ~500 kcal uncertainty in his daily consumption, ranging from anywhere from 12.50% to 14.28%, that's a hell of a lot of food to be uncertain about. He doesn't need AAS, he needs kitchen aid.

The only thing I would do is probably not even bother kick starting with Prop... He can achieve earlier cleave stability in his bloodwork by front loading. (I'm not sure my statement makes any grammatical sense).
Test-E for 90 days @ 250mg E3D, except the first two pins (Day 1, Day 4 2 500mg). Adex/Asin on hand. Up intake to a minimum of 4500 calories if maintaining current workout routine, eight weeks in add another 500 calories ontop.
Nolva/clomid @ 40/40/20/20 and 100/100/50/50.

First, I would tell him not to ever plan cycle based upon what he has laying around. Plan you cycle, order any additional items you require, and get started. He has no AI or PCT! Definitely going to want those. I would tell him to order some adex or asin, nolv, clomid, dbol or drol, and HCG (it's cheap and I recommend never skimping on things you might want to have during a cycle). I would advise dbol or drol kicker at 50mg daily for 1st 4 weeks. Nice kicker without increasing pinning frequency. Run the test at 500mg per week split into 2 doses. Start standard PCT two weeks after last pin. Reduce cardio to 3 days a week and gym to 4 days a week. Get more food, more sleep, and start growing
take the orals out of the equation and lay out a cycle
I fat thumb neg you by accident. Changed it to plus. He could just run what I stated above without dbol or drol kicker. The point I wanted to make for the new guys is to never plan a cycle based on what gear you currently have lying around. Plan your cycle, then order anything that you don't have. Be sure not to pin anything until your order ACTUALLY arrives and you confirm everything you ordered is there. Last thing you want is your AI to not show up.

I would go for....
Weeks 1-4 test p 100mg every other day
Weeks 1-12 test e 500mg split mon/thurs
Pct starts two weeks after last pin...
Clomid - 100/100/50/50
Nolva - 40/40/20/20.
It's only his second cycle so too early for tren and deca.
I left out sust because of the pinning frequency, might be too much for a newb.
His biggest issue is way too much cardio, if he really has to he could do 20mins of HIT cardio after his weights a couple of nights a week.
There's no need to lift 6 nights a week when bulking, rest an sleep is when you grow.
I'd also tell him to eat a lot more, aiming for 5000 calls a day or more if he can get it down him. Maybe increasing 500cals a week if he's worried about the fat gain.
