+ 3 Importance of estrogen in men article
ad
Hey guys I know some of you have probably seen this before but I found it to be an incredibly interesting article and wanted to share it in case anyone missed it.

I would also like to say that I have personal experience with over doing aromasin and arimidex and it can't completely ruin your mood and joints, as well as your sex drive. So be careful not to take them when you aren't on an aromatizing compound like I was stupid enough to do (I wanted to look dry year round).

Yep, easy to over due it, especially on cruise or TRT
I noticed anxiety, sleepyness and backne as a side of E2 getting too low.
Sex and erections were still GTG
I noticed the opposite, sex drive was non exsistent and I would only stay hard for like 5mins. Felt like total shit took a long time to get back to normal also. My acne was nonexisitent when my e2 was crashed.
IfbbmoeThis was exactly my experience with it. I was freaking out because I couldn't get hard and couldn't figure out why, my testosterone blood work showed that it was good and so I thought I was scrambling to figure out the issue. What did you take to crash your e2? Also I want to mention that I have had a difficult time testing for e2. The standard estradiol test didn't seem to be accurate, the sensitive estradiol from labcorp was the only one that made sense and I think I tested my e2 at like 8 at one point (sorry I forget the units). I believe the sweet spot is AROUND 20-30 though
Yeah, the standard estradiol test seems to overestimate somewhat. I've also found that when on TRT it's best to not even mess with an ai because you will crash your E2. I've done it so many times that the last time was the last. I'm trying natural methods to keep it in control, maybe give DIM a shot that could work for you.
IfbbmoeI appreciate the advice, I will give dim a shot. One time I tested my standard estradiol at 30 and the following day I did blood work again but tested sensitive estradiol and it was at 12 pg/ml. And I knew it was super low because of my mood, ed, and join issues
