+ 19 IGF-1-IGFBP-3-serum
Heres the deal. I received a "double dosed" kit from GT and was asked to test it. I ran it as though it was a regular 12iu vial and hit 6iu ED for 10 days, so in theory I was running 12iu ED 10 days. This is one of 3 labs that will come back ad I will post them all, 2 blood draw and one potency test from a lab in Switzerland, yes that Switzerland. The reason for three is to clear up some confusion. Theres a lot of talk about high serum results being an indicator of quality GH, this process is to show that they are not. I drew blood twice, once with fasting (even though it says NO fasting on the lab), the second lab I fasted and then drank glucose water 30 min before blood draw. As you can see, the igf-1 and igfbp-3 (Binding Protien) are both very high while the serum level is low. I pinned 3 hrs and 15 min before blood draw, my last baseline was 282 (posted in my pics)

Yeah man, serums are misleading. We need to steer the conversation in the direction that HR has been talking about for some time.
damn generator i appreciate you putting in all this work for everyone hommie.
Its alot of leg work, time consuming and costly so thanks bro!!!
+1
I'm glad to add to the conversation.
I think you might have confused everyone with this test. LOL It's not the "norm" protocol.
IGF1 - 590 ng/mL (good indicator of growth hormone)
IGFBP3 - 6505 ug/L (good indicator of growth hormone) (higher than I've tested)
GH Serum - 7.9 ng/mL "norm" protocol would indicate "underdosed GH"...but totally false
The initial results are very good. As far as the Mg/Dose at 20+IUs...it's hard to say exactly...but the IGF1 elevation in 10days looks very promising.
The SIMEC HPLC Analysis will give the exact results (mg/IU) and eliminate any guessing with the blood work numbers
I think eliminating the blasting of a vial, 3.5 Hr, GH Serum test and replacing it with a simple IGF1 and the occasional random vial sent to SIMEC for testing will help keep Matt supplying the "Generic" GH Users with a good quality product
Appreciate Generator taking the time to do a very informative test
Yeah it's definitely not the usual test. I wanted to get away from that type of testing and move in direction that provides a more accurate assessment of the product. SIMEC should be the standard for sources and anyone willing to use them will dominate. I know it's probably confusing for some members but your explanation definitely helps. Thanks brudda !
The 10iu IM 3.5hr "GH Protocol" is posted everywhere. All these GH Serum numbers....I still don't know what they actually mean.
But this test you have here along with the SIMEC testing.....I hope everyone appreciates the time you're putting in....it's very informative with no "guessing" the results. You da mane
That helps a lot. Thanks!
Those look good. Thanks for sharing. I'm a little slow... So you actually pinned 12ius adjusting for the new kit size right?
Correct. If the vial was actually double dosed then it was 12iu. I just don't know that it's exactly double dosed until the labs come back from SIMEC. I phrase it that way so it's clear that I'm only going off of what I've been told. There's more info coming that may add clarification, well unless I just confuse everyone with my wording, which is likely.
Lol. Gotcha. Thanks again for sharing.
Yes sir.
Damn bro you were born in 1944! Nice job to still be at it at 71yrs old!
Ha, not sure what that is. I'm 44 homeboy.
Yea look like they put your age for the year! On a serious note keep up the good work my man!!
P2i2tThat is his age. Pretty sure it's saying he is 44 years 5 months and 12 days old exactly. His date of birth is right next to that and blocked out. Although somebody with too Mich time on their hands could figure it out from his age lol
You bastards better not forget my birthday !
P2i2tHaha! No worries...got you bro
Lmao nice buddy!
You too my man.
Very nice brody!! Thanks for the testing you have done. I love the numbers! +1
Yeah bro, looks very good.
thanks for the labs bro
how much iu did u pin before blood draw? 6iu ?
Yea sir 6iu mixed as a regular vial. If it's double dosed then that would be 12iu.
NOTE: Special thanks to HailRaizer for all of the conversations leading up to this experiment
yeh thats a low ass serum
Excactly, in contrast to the other numbers I think we can conclude that serum numbers dont matter.
