Morning or evening?

Just a question for everyone? Do you work out in the morning or evening? Me personally I feel as if I am a lot stronger late evening. could just be a mental thing but I have been that way since I have started lifting back in my teens.. anyone else wanna chime in or notice the same thing in there workouts

I used to love working out in the evenings. I'm stronger,,more energy qnd it helped me sleep great. These days my schedule only permits for mornings a few (3) days per week. I make it work but its tough in the morns for me.
I always prefer to have 1-2 meals in me before i workout, i tend to be weaker in the morning. I think the best time to workout is late afternoon/ early evening, after that i will start to get tired.
In spite of the higher testosterone levels in the morning, I'm more focused during the evenings, so I get more from it that way. Only problem is the gym gets crowded sometimes...
I prefer to train after hours .. 1 or 2 am .. so does that make it morning or evening?

Evenings are great for me. Some research says that morning workouts are more effective and people will point to the higher morning test levels to justify that point, but if you can't get your head in the game then it's all bullshit. I just can't get into it in the morning, when I'm all worried about the rest of the day. A workout has to be my reward after a long day's work.
4am ..only 2 other people in there that early which is fine by me..I'm not the most pleasant person to b around until after I workout lol. I feel great all day doin it this way
I prefer mornings, but I alternate based on my schedule. Sometimes I do both if I feel I didn't hit it hard enough in the morning or I'm off from work. Edit: I'm about 5-10 lbs stronger in the evening.
I love to train mornings on my days off, occasionally utilizing a double split! AM and PM!
I'm up very early for work, so on those days, I'll train afternoons!
I like going twice a day when I can get away with it. AM is Iron, PM is cardio, abs and calves..

I love this style of training, after the am shift, a few meals and a nap before the pm training! I wish I could incorporate it more often!
Sounds like how Sergio Nubret trained back in the day. I wish I had the time to adopt this still of training. Maybe some day I can fit it into my schedule..

Evening after work. Have to get up so early. So I noticed when I get off work I'm tired but I bring myself to do it and than it like getting a little boost to carry on with shit I got to do. But around lunch time I have to start telling myself you are going to work out when you get home.
I feel stronger when I hit the gym after my second meal when not working, on work days I lift after work and eat a light snack(tuna) on the way to the gym with some aminos and a preworkout.
I seem to be going around midnight or later these days.. I felt my best going around 5 or 6 am and then starting my day at 7, I also looked my best then. My schedule has completely changed since then so I go later now, as Rusty said below I really enjoy the gym when there is just a few people there and I can really get it in.
I train early around seven am. I wake up have breakfast let it digest and hit the weights in my garage for an hour or so shower eat again and head off to school or work. Im too tired in the evening when I get home plus it puts me in a good mood for the day
First thing in the morning bro. Some people take a while to get up and get going during the day...then other people(like me) wake up in the morning going 100mph, then seem to slow down as the day progresses...

10pm or later. Get out of work at 330 eat another meal then I nap and wake up around 9pm eat again and train at 10pm then I eat again after. Back up at 5am sometimes 6am depending of job is close or not.

I train at 5am out of convenience and scheduling. Best time for me is around 8am which I do on weekends. No way I can go to gym in the evening with all those dudes blowing kisses to themselves in the mirror and taking selfies every chance they get.
Evenings at my gym (after 7 or so) is very un-populated, which is perfect for me. Morning are pretty crowded.

Some may be doing it. Check this out. There was a dude the other day in a fish net, v neck, hoodie, button down, tank top. Never seen anything like it and hope to never again.

I work out generally after 8pm during the week, but only because of work. I get up at 5am but I can never workout early. My body doesn't function properly until about 10am. Ideally I would work out around 10am if I could.
Most people will find they are at their strongest early to mid afternoon. For me I train at 7am. It fits in best in my routine and I hate training in busy gyms full of twats like my gym is in the evening. I am, however, happy to take their money I just don't want to train around them

Always lift after work around 4pm unless an on day comes on a Saturday or Sunday, or both. If that's the case usually around 9am so the lady and I can do whatever she has planned.
After work I'm already warmed up, aggressive from the day bustin ass, ready to go! I've had all day to fuel up food wise ready for the tear down! On the weekends it takes a bit to warm up and get the aggression going.
I prefer first thing in the morning. The gym is quite, clean and all the weights are where they are supposed to be!! Nothing like heavy lifts in the morning to get your day going. Leave feeling charged and pumped..
Evening on weekdays, mornings on weekends. Aside from the struggle to get into the gym after work, I feel no difference in strength once I get into it.
I workout in the evening and I like it for the most part. I have found that I am stronger earlier in the day though.
