Alright well I guess I'll kick this off.

7th cycle (few immature all oral and PH cycles when I was a child=20)
Training since 16
There are week old pics under my profile.
Eating 5200cals first 10 weeks and dropping to 4000cals last 10 weeks of 20 week cycle.
I just finished up week 3 of my current cycle. Like I said I am already on but would appreciate any advice to improve and make this run as effective as possible.
Weeks 1-10
Sust250- 250mg/week (100mg 25mg pinned Sat/Wed)
Tren A- 700mg/week (100mg ed)
EQ- 800mg/week ( 400mg pinned Sat/Wed)
Anavar weeks 1-6 50mg/day
Weeks 11-20
Test prop-350mg/week (50mg pinned ed)
Mast prop- 700mg/week (100mg pinned ed)
EQ- 800/week (400mg pinned Sat/Wed)
Proviron 50mg ed
Winny last 4-5 weeks at 30 - 50mg ed
Aromasin 12.5mg ed with letro on hand
Weeks 1 - 10 I am really focusing on putting on a little more quality size but keep it very clean and bring up some weaker areas.
Weeks 11-20 I am adding in all my hardening compounds. Looking to really dry out and get hard. Also I switched to prop because I have always held less water on test prop than the longer esters.
This whole cycle is a dry run for a show I am considering summer 2016.

Well that's why I posted it because I thought maybe I was trying to do too much. I would like to lean bulk. So with the compounds I have listed what would you suggest. Keep in mind that I'm 3 weeks in on tren, sust, eq and var already
RustyhookerBulk. Forget lean in there. Foods control that. So does cardio to lower excess. And cardio I don't mean the hauling ass muscle burning cardio. Hr about 130 easy steady constant.
Me...I'd drop the var and tren. Hit that sust up e equal to eq. Blood test week 9 to dial in estro. Donate blood if necessary or weeks 11 for positive. Eq done week 18. Test too week 18. THEN var at 75 and prop at 100 eod for 4 weeks. Var is highly anabolic. The long esters in sust/eq live bout 4 - 5 weeks of half lives.
Big foods! 2 grams of protein per pound body weight. Hydrate thoroughly. Monitor bp. Big carbs...oats..yams...sweet taters. Broccoli and cruciferous veggies. Scrape that gut and aid absorption. First meal of day should pack a punch.

Honestly? I don't like it at all.
What you're doing here in my eyes is sending out a clear message on how you view the cycle, the compounds clearly command what happens in your eyes.
Let me explain what I mean. I can run test/deca/drol and bulk. I can run the same cycle and cut. The point is the gear isn't the driver.
My advice is to bin this and start over. But you've already started....

My strategy is this............ if you wanna big....... aim for pure size and forget all this bulk/cut all in one rubbish it simply doesnt work bro.... the time you are going to waste playing around like this is futile ..... my boys stay on bulk runs only until the desired size/weight is achieved,cutting or even thinking about cutting is a NO-NO ..... i am talking size bro, not a 225 or 230s..... im talking about guys up into the high 260s and above.

Posted response at the top....forgot to hit reply when I did it. My ego is not too big, I have a lot to learn and respect your opinion. I would really like to get upwards of 230 plus but retain decent muscle separation and vascularity....not saying this can be done in one cycle but that is my goal I have set for myself
Gotta get big and smooth before we can get chiselled and veiny bro.... well! if you want to be competitive you do...... once you get up to the desired size you can maintain and hold a chiselled look.
Staying to lean when trying to gain size will take forever or.. maybe never happen..... the hardest job i have sometimes is convincing guys that hard core bulking is a totally blinkered affair, we cannot allow the thought to "cut" even enter our heads.
I have just finished speaking to a member in PM about this very topic..... He is a hard head and thought it could be done but has now finally realised that extreme measures now have to be taken for him to complete his dream of hitting a full 260lbs...... now that he is in full agreement with the pure bulk concept i will back him and nurture him all the way .

Ok....no problem...20 wks is long. I think u should finish the sust/eq at 16 weeks, lowering eq dose to 600/wk, and stop the tren a and var now. Get some bloods the 5th week and research the PCT drugs and TUDCA i mentioned below. The provi would actually help some, right now. Thats just my opinion.
I definitely agree and will most likely heed your advice and shorten cycle length to 16. I'm not here to bullshit anyone though so I'll be honest, most likely will run tren up to week 8 or 10. Will drop the var at the end of week 4 instead of week 6....mean no disrespect as I have followed your posts and respect your opinion. But for my goals I don't see why stopping tren a after 3 weeks would benefit me

1- test e and dbol kicker
2- sust and npp with adrol kicker
3- high mg test cyp only cycle front loaded with prop
4- high test e and low tren E with var kicker
5- low test prop, high tren a with winny finisher
6- low test p, high tren a and mast p with var kicker
This is my 7 cycle now as I am already 3 full weeks in.ran all compounds previously besides the eq

Your tren a and mast p doses look a little high....and i dont know your body type or macros...but u may be able to hold the stanozolol if carbs are lower toward end with lower calories...run some TUDCA...

Ahhh glad you brought that up, I have always ran nolvadex/aro only as I can't handle clomid. But I also haven't ran a cycle this long before. Any advice on pct would be greatly appreciated.

Negative, haven't started yet but I will be honest and say I am considering it down the road if this bodybuilding thing ever gets real serious. Not ready to commit to trt at this age yet though.
That's good. I don't compete so I can't give you any experience with that, but if I could maybe give my thinking on what I would do. I would run the Sust and Eq as is for 16 weeks. Run your Tren weeks 8-16. Taper with Prop for 3 weeks, and run your Winny weeks 16-20. I've used all but Eq. Prop taper and Winny should pull most of the water out of you, you might feel like shit because your test is next to nothing. I would start my pct as soon as the show was over. Pharma grade if you can get it. There's a group called contest prep. You can find it under community, then groups under the drop down menu. There's guys there that can help. I just gave my opinion.
Definitely like the idea of sust and tren till week 16... Another buddy of mine who does compete full time hade made a similar suggestion. Just wanted to bend yalls ear about it too.
I wouldn't run Tren for 16 weeks. 8-10 at the most. You current cycle just seems like you're trying to do much, making it more complicated. Like I said I don't compete, but if you're still seeing where your BB career goes then I'd keep it simple for the most part and something you'll have a good chance of recovering from.

Everybody is different so it's a lil trial and error till you figure out what works best for you but I'm glad this forum is here to keep us all safe with knowledge and personal experience from other members.
