How to get the best out of Eroids
What's up gents. I'm new to Eroids and I've looked around a bit and trying to learn the ropes. I'm in my mid-40's and I'm not a pro or some massive summanabitch, but I have been in the gym way back since high school and have decent size and have kept myself in pretty good shape, especially for my age. I'm looking to do more now and I want to get the most out of the Eroids community but wanted to get any tips on the best way to go about things. I see some fellas gettin blasted for sh*t sometimes and it's usually for just plain ol stupid questions, but others seem reasonable. I try and do my research before I ask questions but it kind of seems to me that some of the advice you get off eroids is better than what you can find searching online.
Any tips are appreciated and happy to be a part of the community!

Read & understand the rules. Use the search function before asking your question , there is already a ton of info on here. Share your knowledge and experience . Be helpful when you can. Spend a bit of time watching before you dive in.

Thank you brother, I appreciate it! Quick question, when you say take everything with a grain of salt, kind of sounds like you mean I need to watch who is dishing out what advice, is that right? Seems like the majority of guys with higher karma know what they're talking about but looks to be a few sprinkled in that seem to think they know a little more than they actually do
