Week 3 of Anavar...great results so far!
I did 5mg daily for a week, then 7.5mg for a couple of days, then to 10mg.
I can honestly say, I started noticing results after 3 days of 5mg.
My muscles pump readily. My muscles are really rock solid! I have some more energy. No extra or decreased appetite. I have refined my diet a lot and upped my workout.
I'm intending to do a 6 week cycle, with a week of taper at the end, then eat clean for a good month afterwards to avoid gathering fat back on myself when I stop use.
I am paying special attention to strengthening my low back and glutes as I want those muscles in particular to be strong due to my spine osteoarthritis. 7 years of being plonked into a desk job have seen those muscles getting soft and not supporting my spine as they should. That was my main reason for trying Var in the first place.
My skin has been a bit oily since starting, but no zits :-)
My period was a week early, but otherwise, no other sides yet. I don't intend to go higher than 10mg.

Mine are 10mg tabs, so I just nibble them in half, then half again for 7.5mg dose. Easy peasy.
Not trying growth hormone, just the Anavar. I don't want to meddle with too much.
The Anavar seems to be working well for me. My muscles are dense and pump up so easily.
I will have enough left over for another cycle next year or so.
What's the shortest amount of time I should wait between cycles?
I use labs and the abscence of side effects from the previous cycle to determine when I go back on cycle
How did you break the pills in 4's assuming that they were 20mgs? Thanks.
pill cutters work wonders with tabs and they are a few bucks at the pharmacy ..
