here are your answers;

it took half a day process

painful? yes and no.... was put to sleep, upon waking I was wrapped up pretty good (my chest area) left the building in a wheel chair and carried into my ride, drove to where I was staying and could barely move. had to lie on my side while I was sleeping. So basically pain when I moved a lot but no pain while just lying there.

the next day took off the wrapping and was so bruised, yellow and purple but now I was able to move a lot. From this point I wore a medical vest... bruising went away approx 1 week, also went back to work after 1 week, in gym a few weeks later

mammary glands removed? yes ... one small incision on each side a few inches from nipple. Can it come back? The general consensus is if, and only if 100% of the glands is removed it can not come back.... So the question is a matter of the doctor doing their job properly which I suspect most will and remove it all.

I did this 7 years ago and have done several cycles, actually a lot and I no longer use AI for this reason, I do still use them in 2 week bursts to get rid of water and dry out but not for gyno reasons.

I feel very little sensation in my nipples, I can use any AAS and all is well. I remember when I use to feel fire on my nipple on heavy AAS but that is ancient history for me.

Picture an iceberg....that's what the gland does....only bout 10-20% shows itself....when I had mine removed bout over 10 years ago, I remember what I felt and saw in mirror was about the size of plum seed...when the doc took out the gland...he showed me post surgery, saved it for me in one of those cups you piss in...it was the size of a golfball.

Had gyno surgery done two years ago(liposuction). I was wearing compression vest for like 2 weeks(couldnt remember) and back to the gym after 4 weeks. Not really that painful. And I just took out my mammary glands two weeks ago cuz my gyno had grown back a little. Dr. does not have me wear compression this time to prevent necrosis and I had some major swelling on my breasts the next day after op. During the first week I pretty much did nothing except sitting on the couch, was kinda painful when moving. Got pretty bad hematoma and I had to visit the Dr. couple times to have blood collection drained out. Today I feel pretty much nothing except some tightness. Nipple areas are still swollen and bruising but not painful. Some bruise travel down to my stomach it looks like I have a thick layer of fat with bruise on it(Its normal according to the Dr.).
