+ 1 Stalker at 55

ad

I have been stalking around on the website for a while. And thanks to my partner who introduced me to it, I have gotten a lot of information.

I am 55 years old, 5'5, 140 lbs. and BF 8%. I am type one diabetic for the last 25 years, I keep my A1C at around 7 plus/minus a few points. I power walk at least four times a week, 3 - 4 mile on very hilly roads. I just started lifting weights about 3 months ago with the guidance of my partner. I always did some kind of exercise through out my life, even when I was pregnant.

Okay, I would like to start using HGH to start and move on with Anavar. My partner told me to only use one at a time to see how I will react to them.

I want to start with HGH, how much should I start with and how many days a week? All help will be very much appreciated.

don't get your solid info about growth hormone from here if your using it as intended

You care to enlighten us ignorant individuals then?

really .. I look around me and see a wealth of information not steroid reveiw related .. what is the forum for? What is the ladies lounge for? Using that logic the forums here are quite useless then ... especially the steroids and cycle threads ...

Is intelligent discussion not occuring here any longer? Not to mention I am fairly well versed in anti aging and women's hormones, including replacement therapy for women AND men .. what does my age or hers have to do with anything?
Women don't need nor should they run high doses of H it is completely unnecessary as men do it be able to utilize excess testosterone when running excessively high doses of test. Otherwise the test is treated as waste but that isn't a conversation for here.
I m disappointed that you think this site isn't a proper place for this type of discussion ...

I agree with suggestions below. I want u to share ur diet regimen with us, too, if u will, please.

Ur weight resistance training should be low weight, high reps, 30" rests between sets. Continue power walking.

U are making some great progress, so keep up the good work.

Keep researching HGH. I know u are not getting any younger, but u said it ur self...u wanted to wait a year. Whether its a year, or six months, l believe u can delve into the HGH research and tailor a dosing and frequency regimen that u will be comfortable initiating. In fact, u might just find out there are other peptides that can be beneficial for you too. Glad ur here...look forward to hearing from you.

The Humalog never exceeds 3 units at any given time

mirumstillgoit's picture

One drink a day some time not every day.

I use Lantus 25 units in the am and Humalog on a floating scale. I was using the pump for about 15 years but it got to expensive. .

MedDx's picture

Okay. And, no OHAs, either?

mirumstillgoit's picture

Sorry for the late response, I do not go on the computer after work. I do not want to sound dumb. But what are OHAs?

MedDx's picture

Oral hypoglycemic agents...like metformin or avandia..etc...

mirumstillgoit's picture

No, I do not take anything else.

mirumstillgoit's picture

I do drink alcohol

Goose24's picture

How much and how often?

MedDx's picture

Okay.

mirumstillgoit's picture

Well let me start with I am not a youngster, I was going to wait another year or so. But I am not getting any younger.
I do not measure the percentage of what I eat or follow calories. I go off the diabetic diet with more protein and low carbs. I am not over weight, I am looking to drop a few more fat pounds and build lean muscle.

Any help will be appreciated

MedDx's picture

Cool. Sounds like u know what ur doing. Does ur hemoglobin A1C hover around 6? And are ur bs between 90-105?

MedDx's picture

Welcome to EROIDS...Share social life...do u drink alcohol, smoke, etc.? Share diet, please.
What does your blood sugar range on a daily basis?

Goose24's picture

Why just jump on HGH and anavar? To be totally honest I would like to see how you would do with some solid training and good diet. what are you currently taking in for cal./fat/protein wise?

I would really like to help you I think we need to build a good solid base from diet/nutrition and solid work before we start introducing compounds to your body. That's just my .02
