Hello eroiders,

I have stumbled upon this article on glucosamine sulphate and liver damage/enzymes.

I've never really gotten any positives from the years I have taken this supplement...most articles I read don't really support the use of this to slow down or help with joint degeneration.
More hearsay than anything else

I know some people swear by it but I don't rate it.

So basically im off this for a while to see I it makes my liver enzymes any better.
