+ 1 tb500/bpc157 log
ad
So I'm going to keep a log of my first ever cycle I've never pinned anything so any info and guidance would be great.
I'll be running tb500 4mg per week subq for 6 weeks and bpc157 at 200mcg per day still not sure if it will be subq or im.
The reason for these peps are to help heal injuries currently I have a torn VMO and a tear in my supraspinatus. I'm just waiting on the peps then il get started......

So thought I'd get back to this and post my results from TB-500 and bpc157 will keep this short.
Results none they were either bunk or I'm a "non responder" either way water of money n time. We live and learn.
How would one suggest using 5mg BPC 157 for a high hamstring pull with a week till athletic competition? Daily 300 mcg Intramuscular in the glute, along with 200 mcg SQ a good idea? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
For a soft tissue injury like that mgf might actually be a better option and will work fast. But a week may not be enough time period regardless of what you do
Does mgf heal soft tissue damage?
I'm in like the 5th week or something of tb500 and my pain is pretty much gone. I had been taking it easy for a while before so I can't attribute it to the tb 100%, but it was still acting up now and then if I stressed it and it seems to be completely gone now. Give it a few more weeks should be all set!
edit: doh sorry I meant to reply to your last update.
Quick update vmo appears to be healed up pretty well but it has been a long time and a lot of work with the physio so little if any credit going to the peps on that one
Shoulder still sore and lacking rom it's slightly better after the cortisone shot so not to sure what the peps have added and for the first 7 days I was dosing 500 mcg so either not enough time yet bunk gear or not all there cracked up to be.....
3rd injection of tb500 today 2ml. Will do my 7th injection of bpc157 @200mcg later to night needless to say not noticed any effects but I guess it's still very early. Also today I got a cortisone injection in my supraspinatus.
So just pinned my 3rd 200mcg of bpc157 that's the 3rd injection in my right delt 3 days in a row will this be a problem? I'm using a 29g insulin needle.
Hey man I'm currently running bpc-157 as well for exactly the same reason-partially torn supraspinatus. Keep pinning the delt in the same spot with the slin pin it's fine. The reason you don't want to do that with gear is the oil takes much much longer to absorb than the water the peptide is in. That water will be taken up very quickly so you're fine. I noticed improvement in my shoulder in a week and in two weeks it's at zero pain where I can military press again. Incredible drug
Exellent news thank you I'm due to get a cortisone injection in the problem shoulder on Tuesday do u think this could cause any problems. God to be able to overhead press again would be great.
Cortisone injections are a bit outside of my area of expertise but I did look into them and decided to avoid that route since they're supposed to inhibit the actual recovery of the connective tissue in the long term so that might be something to watch out for. As for the injections in general just keep putting the bpc in the injured area and if you respond like I did you'll be good to go shortly. But in the end really discuss this stuff with your doctor to make sure everything is ok.
Hi mate any chance you could set me straight here.
I think I may have been overdoing my dosage on bpc in the 1 ml/cc insulin syringe I've been using I've been drawing out to the number 20
(Recon was 5mg of bpc with 2 ml of bac water)
The reason I say this is because I saw a site that said this would last 25 consecutive days I'm done in 7 days???
Ok so you were drawing out .2mL then of 2.5mg per mL bpc which puts you at 500mcg per injection. So yeah you were overdosing a bit.
If you want 200mcg per shot and reconstitute with 2mL then pull to .08mL or the 8 on the syringe. That should make it last a bit longer. You'll have a bit of waste in the needle so don't expect an exact number of days but a 29g slin pin doesn't have much so you'll get close.
Cheers man I kinda thought that. At least it wasn't igf or ghrp could have been bad must take more care with the. Appreciated man.
No problem. Feel free to pm me with any questions I'll be glad to help if I can or if I can't I'll tell you that too lol
Lol cheers man will do. I have an abundance of noob quedtions. Some scarily obvious lol
Alright FR sent. Keep us updated on how these peptides work out for you. There's a lot of people out there who are looking to heal some injuries, especially when we're all growing muscle faster than our connective tissue can keep up
So I pinned my first shot of tb 500 subq in the belly. Got to say my heart was beating like crazy and it felt quite exciting first time buzz I guess.
Still not sure on the protacol for bpc157 though if I pin 200mcg every day im can it all be in the shoulder don't I have to pin different areas?
So I went ahead and pi new 200mcg of bpc157 I'm right delt felt fine berrer than pinning subq to the belly. However I still need some info on pinning that site daily???
I thought you were supposed to do a loading phase with tb500 of 2-3 mg twice a week and then coast at the end with a lower dose around 4mg/month?
You can pin all around stomach subq for the tb500. Alternate each side of belly button.. I find it a little more sensitive real close so I go out a few inches on either side.
The 157 you can alternate delts, use a smaller syringe assuming lowish bodyfat, even an insulin needle should be ok to get into the muscle if you push it in. Should help a lot with the repeat site pain.
Good luck!
Yes I'm doing the loading phase with tb500 4mg per for 6 weeks.
I find it stings for abt 20 min after subq on the belly mu the I'm in the delt is fine as for swapping delts I thought bpc157 was meant to be as close to the injury site as poss?
Thanks for you input fuz
