hgh for ACL and Cartilage repair
I'm a 37yr old male, coming off ACL reconstruction on left knee, the second ACL reconstruction of this knee. First surgery in 2002 was not done well with improper placement of ACL and caused greater cartilage damage. I've been using decent generic GH 2iu 2x a day, morning and afternoon, 6 on 1 off. 11 weeks post surgery and 9 weeks since admin of GH. I had planned on running the GH for 6mo. I am a former athlete and still in good shape but with beat up joints due to 5yrs D1AA football and 20yrs in construction. Did not use PEDs playing ball or after but very familiar with most of them. Does anyone have any legitimate advice or experience regarding using GH to recover from joint injuries, aside from intrarticular injections etc.? Dosage, timing, supplements, studies, or anything that may help me avoid a total knee replacement down the road. Specifically the use of GH and the possible regeneration of cartilage. I also have 2 degenerative discs in my back. Like I said, any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

I also have torn my acl twice and same problem. First time I had surgery i got a kadiver and the surgery was horrible. Second time went to sports doctor and he did me right. I am currently running gh, pharma, and I really havent noticed too much help to my knees... Actually my shin splints have increased. But my knees are basically good to go. Once i Had swelling from playing on concrete, but besides that I cant really tell. Overall gh has helped me, but I cant say O yes definitely gh did the job. I am going to hit a cycle pretty soon and when I do, i can let you know if test deca tren mast winstrol etc with gh helps. not taking all that i have test prop and winny but im want to use tren or decca and or masteron/proviron.
I think the best way is all natural, with leg workouts Laying down isolating your hamstring, and sitting up isolating the quad; cable workouts; with glucosamine chondriton, fish oil, and flax seed, and a great multi vitamin will do the trick.
1st time for me was my own patellar tendon graft, but the placement of the ACL was off and I incurred even more cartilage damage because it was so far off. This time I did get the allograft (cadaver) and it is fine. The Dr who did my knee is the team Dr for the Yankees (I didn't know that till after too). Actually, they didn't even have to take the 1st one out it was so misplaced - so I got 2 now in that knee. However I have considerable cartilage damage and I was hoping the gh would help with that.
I am on great all natural vitamins, glucosamine chondriton, 3-6-9 omegas, MSM, bee-sting therapy (1x every 2weeks), & using St. John's Wort oil - all for the cartilage basically. I just finished the HA injections into the joint (cushioning fluid) as well. I do all the recommended P.T. and have greatly increased my protein intake as well. MOSTLY natural is what I figured would be best, in addition to the gh. By all means, please keep me informed about the other additions you mentioned. I have considerable atrophy in both legs and after I have greater stability in the joint I may consider using them as well. Thank you kindly Hazykronic
Thank you kindly.
Unfortunately I cannot afford the pharma grade GH yet, I have to wait about a month before that investment but I have been preparing to do so. I have yet to use AS products and from what I've read so far, moderate doses of deca seem to help recovery as well. I was under the impression that I would require an additional supplement in conjunction with the GH to achieve the best possible outcome. Ideally, GH with Prolotherapy, Stem Cell, and/or PRP injections would have been my choice protocol - however costs for those treatments are astronomical (not covered by ins.) even compared to purchasing the gear we use/speak of. I really do appreciate your time and your help.
Greatly appreciated sir.
I will most definitely look into Masteron and research any clinical trials/studies. I do not have the money to do PRP or Stem Cell injections directly into the joint, so I thank you kindly for the information. I was told by several Ortho Dr's that doing this 2nd ACL reconstruction SHOULD delay a total knee replacement by 15-20 years potentially - without the reconstruction they told me it would be 5yrs. My goal is to avoid the total knee replacement entirely, so thank you again for your time and information.
I ran some gh with test and within a month I was able to do overhead work with real weights again. I had been rehabbing for 3 months prior and was making little to no progress. I think you need to include some sort of anabolic to get the max benefit from the gh. I would go with
Test c 500-600mg (decided to go to 600 b/c of deca dick. No probs after that.)
deca 300mg (has been show to improve cartilage)
gh 2iu morn 2iu 9pm seriously bro invest in pharma. No time to fuck with possible bullshit gh. Get that knee healed up right.
I might be rusty on my facts but I recall DHT's like masteron to show signs of strengthening connective tissues. Masteron is one of the few compounds we deal with that has undergone clinical trials and was approved by the FDA for treatment by doctors. You shouldn't have a problem finding some case studies on it.
But to answer your question, hgh will help.
