But please feel free to add your 2cents

Breakfast my homemade Mcgridle
2 eggos blueberry waffles 2egg whites 3slices of turkey (5g pro each) 3slices of honey ham(5g each) both are walmart great value brand i like these cuz they look like and are real meat n turkey unlike Oscar mayer that looks totaly processed 42g protien 24g of carbs

Meal2 5oz or sirloin with 5oz wheat pasta 50g protien

Worked out All 3 Delts today and added some medial head tricep

Protien isolate with PB 8oz 2% milk 42g protien

Meal3 publix Ultimate boars head sub with extra meat 120g protien 120g of carbs

Meal4 5oz snapper and pasta

Meal 5 3oz chicken breast 4oz Jasmine rice greek yogurt 12g protien

No meal 6 today im to stuffed

And finally 1 serving of Metamucil to keep my stools out where they belong

Hit 300g if protien today match up the carbs
Added more fats Peanutbutter with both my protien shakes.
Added canola oil to my jasmine rice in every meal
And my arms today feel more pumped than usual
Ooo its on now !!

Watchin some youtube videos today for ideas and Hodgetwins are eating greek yogurt with every meal if I do this i can add 72g of protien a day
Hopefully i could stomach this approach

The training is the easy part it's all the food that can be exhausting. Your body will adjust. When you stall in weight let us know and we will find a way to adjust your intake. Stay consistent.

Yea bro fosho im i just ate 5oz chicken breast on some italian seasoned bread n mayo fingerlickin good n i feel like a king
2 more protien shakes n im callin it a night
And some pineapple
They were on sale $2 a pineapple

And its protien value is close to whey
Its protien is similar to cottage cheese

Water looks low, and your using some simple carbs mid day that I would swap the bread for a more. Complex carb.

Dam bro i must admitt you know ur shit
The reason i cut my veggie intake was cuz i feel like it fills me up due to the fiber.
But everything sounds legit
I didnt know pineapple helped digest protiens
I will def give this a try TODAY !!
Ima try the hydrolyzed has well since it has enzymes for digesting b4 i really paid it no mind.
And yea the deli cut due carry alot sodium.

My goal is to gain muscle but definitly look leaner i look so puffy now

I was so much leaner when i finished my last cycle. I dnt understand how i got a lil fatter even tho i eat alota veggies off cycle

To be honest it's all the same shit to me. I mainly use it as a "carrier" for the oats, pb and milk. Kinda like chocolate syrup.

PB has some fats but i didnt really count my grams of fat maybe adding some olive oil to my meals would be good i can do that tomorrow

For 2years now just about lactose doesnt bug me i also used to get ON protien Isolate same ingredients as the body fortress so i said ima save the bread n walmart is right next door to my house
Costco is 15min away from me

No sir it isnt that cheap it now cost 18.95 for 1.5lbs
The 2lb tub i have is now discontinued was 21.98
The ON isolate is $50 for 4.5lbs
Do the math the price is only a lil cheaper and like i said walmart is closer to me
