Breakfast my homemade Mcgridle
2 eggos blueberry waffles 2egg whites 3slices of turkey (5g pro each) 3slices of honey ham(5g each) both are walmart great value brand i like these cuz they look like and are real meat n turkey unlike Oscar mayer that looks totaly processed 42g protien 24g of carbs
Meal2 5oz or sirloin with 5oz wheat pasta 50g protien
Worked out All 3 Delts today and added some medial head tricep
Protien isolate with PB 8oz 2% milk 42g protien
Meal3 publix Ultimate boars head sub with extra meat 120g protien 120g of carbs
Meal4 5oz snapper and pasta
Meal 5 3oz chicken breast 4oz Jasmine rice greek yogurt 12g protien
No meal 6 today im to stuffed
And finally 1 serving of Metamucil to keep my stools out where they belong

277g of protien and not one Protien shake all animal protein!!!!
Hit 300g if protien today match up the carbs
Added more fats Peanutbutter with both my protien shakes.
Added canola oil to my jasmine rice in every meal
And my arms today feel more pumped than usual

Watchin some youtube videos today for ideas and Hodgetwins are eating greek yogurt with every meal if I do this i can add 72g of protien a day

The training is the easy part it's all the food that can be exhausting. Your body will adjust. When you stall in weight let us know and we will find a way to adjust your intake. Stay consistent.

opticxMy goals, concerns and tweaks to this diet are as followed: The op has voiced his concern on his diet and wants to build lean body mass and stay tight.
-Op has stated he has appetite issues which I attribute to, high lactose in protein power which is not a high quality product that sits on the stomach due to being a true concentrate power, little to no veggies or fruits and meal timing is off.
-He is eating deli cuts which are fine as a treat but carry MAJOR SODIUM, I cut out the 3 slices of honey ham and left him his turkey slices, but to make up for the protein subtracted I added in 3 extra egg whites to that same meal.
- His overall green and fruit consumption is very low, we need him to feel good not just look good! Added 1 cup of spinach to meal 2 and 1 cup of greens to meal 5.
- I noticed was the meal timings were a little off in the macro nutrient re guard. I reduced all fats in his post workout shake and added in carbohydrates for the insulin spike to shuttle nutrients to his cells after his workout.
- Small changes can be mad to further him along in his progress, I kept the protein where its at for now except in meal 5 which we increased it to 6 oz from 3 oz.
- Also tried to incorporate some more healthy fats into his diet by adding in 1 tbsp peanut butter to meal 1 an 1 tbsp olive oil to his fish meal.
Switch from body fortress to a true isolate protein power either iso-100 even though its a hydrolyzed or isoflex by all max. They both taste 100% but the true value is they wont bloat you or sit on your stomach, you are having trouble with appetite so try one of them out. You have nothing to lose and I guarantee you will be thanking me in 1 month.
Below ive linked protein power, creatine and dextrose power because they will help you reach your goals a little easier and faster. Would like to add that if your still having digestion and appetite issues when you start this.. then start buying a few pineapples a week and eating them throughout the day. Bromelain is contained in high doses in pineapple and literally digest protein and raw meat in the body.

opticxWAKE UP : Drink a glass of water with some lemon in it, dont knock it till you try it, great for alkalinity in the body and really does wake you up with the bitter taste. ( I look forward to this )
MEAL1: TWO eggos blueberry waffles (kept these in because you are on the go alot and you probably like these). 5 egg whites , 3 Slices of turkey. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter to your eggos.
MEAL 2: Keep this meal where it is at with the 5oz of sirloin with 5 oz of wheat pasta but add in 1 cup of spinach for extra fiber, antioxidants and iron.
POST WORKOUT SHAKE: Your post workout shake has all protein and fats and lactose which is not the most optimal macro ratios post work out to say the least.
Change your post workout shake to 2 scoops of protein power, cold water 8-16 oz and grams of dextrose ( add in 2-5 grams of glutamine if you have it.
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken with 8 oz sweet potato ( Add butter )
Meal 4: 5oz Snapper with 2 cups pasta ( also 1 tbsp olive oil or oil of choice) !!!!!!!Just beware your fish unless fresh will contain phosphates and sodium as preservatives which do make you retain water. If you eat this daily then guess what your constantly pumped full of water retaining CHEMICALS. ( if its fresh you are doing well ).
MEAL 5: For meal 5 up your chicken to 6 oz from 3 oz, keep the jasmine rice where it is at for now. Also drop the Greek yogurt and add in 1 cup of greens of your choice.
MEAL 6: For your final meal mix together 1-2 servings of Greek yogurt ( Vanilla or Plain )with 1 scoop of GOOD tasting protein power ( not body fortress ). Add in a handful of frozen fruit of your choice ( I like blueberries ) Whip it all together until its a pudding. That will give you 50-60 grams of protein for your last meal and some antioxidants from the fruits you added. It will be a nice sweet treat that will satisfy your late night cravings and fills you up so you can sleep well, its like a custard with frozen chewy blueberries bits so it has a good texture mix to it which is nice because diets can lack texture.
NIGHT TIME REGIMEN: 1 serving of Metamucil with 5 grams of creatine mono-hydrate

opticxThe pineapple has to be real sadly, the bromelain enzyme is killed if its canned :( Fine some fresh pineapples and learn to cut them through you tube videos. I love lunch meat also but so so so much sodium when I end up eating the whole pack lol.
Yes if your familiar with hydrolyzed protein its usually VERY expensive, Dymatize Iso-100 is the best bang for your buck

Fats are a major macro nutrient and can have a major effect on your blood sugar levels, really need to see those as well so we can get a better grasp on the meal timing.

Whey protein is a food and goes up in price every year and margins on the products get slimmer each year, do you really think a protein that cost 30-40% less is the same purity and quality as something that cost 30-40% more?
