i crashed my damn estrogen and i feel like dying

i got my bloodwork back last week, test came back as i expected @ 924 (im cruising @ 200mg a week), but my e2 was pretty high at 130.
so i panicked, popped 1mg of adex right away, 1mg again the next day, and 1mg again the day after. few hours after the last dose i started feeling like shit and for the past 3-4 days i've been feeling like hell.
a few days ago i was so anxious i wanted to jump out of my skin and cry, im so irritable and depressed and i feel just awful. today is the 10th and my last dose was on the 7th. when should i start feeling better ?

People really get heavyhanded with the A.I's. Gyno is scary, but you have a reasonable window of time to work with. If you aren't having tenderness and the characteristic itch especially. Incremental adjustment is better. Maybe transition to aromasin if you're liable to panic and overuse.
Just adjust your dose accordingly man it will get back in range naturally after a few days.. It happens ALL the time trust me

TronTronDamn bro.. You've been a member here for 4 years and looking at your profile you have posted several forums about estrogen problems.. 4 years is surely enough time to do your research. I'm on trt as well at 200mg a week Test C and it took me a month to research and figure out what worked for me. I'm sorry you are feeling that way because I've been there but you have obviously been there several times according to your forums throughout the years and maybe if you remember how you feel right now it will encourage you to research and figure this thing out.. you have SEVERAL responses on your other forums with guys giving you advice and here you are again asking for advice with no stats.. c'mon man how important is this to you?
