+ 4 Bridging From Short Ester Cycle To PCT

ad

That's right! You read correctly! A friend of mine on here, who is advanced, hit me up today with a dilemma. He only had a ten week window to get a cut cycle in before he had to leave out of town. His concerns were coming down off of a short ester cycle and having to start PCT during his trip. We came up with the following protocol.

The purpose of this post is to address bridging between a cycle and PCT. While rather a common practice among elite competitors to bridge between different compounds in a cycle, it is not a widely known practice here on Eroids.

His cycle consisted of 10 weeks of Test Prop at 75 EOD and Tren Ace at 100 EOD for 8 weeks. If he timed it correctly he should be on his last shot the day before he leaves. Those of you who have read my post on missing a week of shots know that you cannot do that with a short ester cycle as the half life is too short and you would be almost at zero by the end of day seven. I suggested taking three shots of Sustanon 250 with a front load for the first two shots and the last shot in conjunction with his Test Prop the last day of his cycle. This would give him a little bit of an extra boost before leaving and steadily release throughout the week. Before you jump all over this idea and say that you will destroy the hard work you put into your cut cycle by blending long esters in at the last minute, keep in mind that you can cut on almost anything, even long esters. It is diet that determines the outcome. As long as he doesn’t eat a couple packets of salt with every meal he should be fine. The following graphs and tables will help me illustrate my point.

Cycle Design

The following examples reflect the amount of test in the system after being cleaved off of the ester.
Imagine your test levels on prop for 10 weeks at a steady and constant rate of injections and that 83% of those injections was test. When you stopped taking the injections the line would steadily decay to zero in a rapid manner. In this case his levels would be 55 mg of test in the blood stream at the beginning, (this is due to the front load) and 25 mg by the end of his last day. Now if he takes three shots of Sust that last week then on his last day of the injections of Sust his test levels would be around 63 mg. Seven days later his levels would be once again at 25 mg. This would obviously be good for him since he wouldn’t have to worry about injections or starting a PCT regiment on his trip. Do not get too caught up in the details of this because it is merely a graphical representation of this paragraph. It would look somewhat like the following. To better understand how multi ester compounds work read my post Here!.

Sust and Prop Burn down

The reality of the situation is that as the test is being released at specific rates by different esters into the blood stream, they are being added to one big stream of test. The real graph would look like this. The amount of test in the system the last day would be 93 mg and eight days later it would be 26 mg. He basically would be at the same point he would have been if he had transitioned straight to PCT after his cycle.
Combined Ester Burn Down

You can see how the combined esters carry him through the week without dipping below is prop taper at the end of his cycle. It ain't pretty but is is effective.

Thank you for reading.

Great job brother. Good practical information. I hope wherever your friend was going has a gym cause there was room during his week out to really do some damage.

Another stellar post. Planning ahead, and being prepared is key. It is basically a cycle by design. You still need an understanding of what you are using and trying to accomplish, and how compounds affect you, but man technology sure is nice. +2

Haha I forgot to tell him about the Vitamin C trick!!!! Great idea!
