At the end of workout i have bcaa, glutamine and vitamine C. 30-45mins later i drop in 40/35/25 ratio meal prorein/carbs/fats.
Works really well on me. Bcaa/C/glutamine promotes natural test levels and hg at high level, speeds up recovery process a lot.
dropdzzI usually eat eziekiel cereal raisin with a slow feed protein and coconut almond milk.i usually eat some chicken and sweet potato about an hour later.
BeeF tips and buckwheat pasta is also very good at feeding and satisfying!
amazon has unflavored unsweetened whey protien that is great. Wild rice and chicken and super skim fat free milk.
moojI prefer to feal hungry after a workout and eat some tasty food such as chinese chicken & pasta etc as I feel much more satisfied than just a shake. But if I'm more thirsty and a bit hungry then 60g Isolate in water then milkshake/sports drink then meal in about an hour.
I head to a cafeteria style chain restaurant near the gym and get either baked white fish with lemon pepper mayo glaze, bourbon chicken with bacon and grilled onions, liver and onions, or a ribeye with green beans, sweet potato, black eye peas, and plenty of water and tea to wash it all down with. When I do my first real bulk, I'm doubling the proteins I listed. I get fed there for free because a lady I went to high school with works there, and she had a brother with downs I protected from douche bags. I guess it pays to be your brother's keeper.
Currently I eat a banana & drink a 500ml Skimmed Milk & 50g Whey shake.
When I bulk it's a triple 1/4lb cheeseburger deal from Wendy's with a large coke and fries.
Chinese buffet
I currently do 50 grams hydrolyzed whey with 120grams dextrose then less than an hour later a full meal. Usually takeout from a Vietnamese restaurant by the gym. Sesame chicken over white rice or vietnamese grilled pork over white rice. Depends on the workout.
