Im under the impression that your know your hgh is good if after pinning hgh. 3.5 hours, and your have your bloods checked, that if your hgh serum levels are 12 and up you can tell if your hgh is good or not. Im also seeing posts that are showing the deifference after a certain amount of time, your igf-1 levels are high that is good as well......

Whats the difference between them. If im running an hgh and its showing that my hgh serum levels are above 12 i know i will see results after 1 to 6 months. ( i have run hgh many times before with great results). my question is whats the difference between igf and growth hormone serum levels.
