Think this needs discussed more and talked about for the benefit of the community. Let's start by looking at the two most popular choices Aromisin(aro) and arimidex(dex). Both are aromatase inhibitor but aro is a type one and dex is a type two.
Aro is known as a suicidal ai. Basically meaning that once it attaches itself to estrogen it forms a bond and never lets let's go rendering it useless or dead. This can be a great factor for its use in pct as there no way estrogen can rebound after u stop taking it. Not only is this great during pct but it also been shown to raise test levels and help free test by lowering sex hormone binding globulin (shbg). Shbg is an enzyme that binds to test and makes it useless. these factors during pct is very beneficial.

Now let's look at Adex on pct. Adex is a type two ai. Meaning that once u stop using it it will unbond itself from estrogen and u can have a rebound effect. Now estrogen doesn't last forever so don't worry bout estrogen that was in your system three weeks prior during your cycle but the estrogen rebound this may cause can be very counterproductive during pct. I know a lot of guys will say taper your dosage or even run it past your pct so the rebound effect won't matter but let's look a little closer as it's been shown that nolvadex will significantly reduce the blood level of Adex greatly reducing the effectiveness. So even running Adex along with nolva mean your wasting your time and money.

In conclusion imo Aromisin is the far superior choice for use during pct. Everyone body reacts different so what may work for me may not for some one else. I thought a healthy debate on this subject would be beneficial for us as a community
