Any recommendations on a first time cycle?All information welcome.im 31 85kg and looking to bulk.12% body fat probably more.

Thanks for the advice and sorry I was a bit vague with my "bulk" comment.
in terms of goals,what I'm really looking to do is put on some good clean muscle.ive been training properly coming up to a year.since then I've put on 8 kg of muscle although my bf has also gone up.lately if stopped progressing with strength.
Diet is pretty good and I feel I've got the base covered.i
I've been researching alot but I'm still learning about different cycles and pct.
My first cycle will be test e only for 12 weeks..any of your thoughts and advice all aspects of your knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

RustyhookerBulk is 100% gym sweat and food. If you're eating right and busting ass, even a tiny basic cycle will add muscle. Gear is nothing more than a repair aid. If you don't fuel, you don't grow. If you aren't lifting hard the muscles have no reason to grow. I don't max press anything, especially on cycle as muscle grows faster than connective tissues.
What's your gym style, goals and foods? Use dropdowns. ..groups...first cycle group. Join and read read read.
