Any Email based in the US or any of its buddies out there are searched by the NSA,DHS, FBI, and random people with email hacking software without permission , Yes even Facebook cant hack it.
It may take them a few weeks to review your app but if you don't have any Interpol flags a lot of you should get in. It is in beta but its better than anything I have came across. The terms are clear as hell.
