I see so many guys in the gym throwing around big weight, jumping up and down while they do it. Personally i think having correct form and utilizing the stretch and contraction is the best method to stimulate muscle hypertrophy.

Curios do you guys when doing say.. ok let's use Inclined Dumbell curls, do you fully stretch or just right before your full stretch do you keep the muscle still under tension?
I do both, but want to hear from you guys.

Thanks for sharing. On my inclined dumbell curls I only go with the 20lbs dumbells and I get a really good workout out of it. This concept is for reals bro
I am also using 20lbs a lot for my one arm bicep curls, hammer curls, reverse curls etc. I just flex my muscles while I do it get a good stretch and squeeze all the way to the top. Fairly slow repetitions with perfect form Sometimes I use more weight but my last sets are less weight. I try to follow Kai's technique as much as possible. Even though I see guys throwing around double the weight, they are jumping up and down when they do it lool
