Deep tissue massages and scar tissue...

ad

So.I have been getting tren like cough when injecting my quads with Sust and Deca. I thought maybe it might be the one inch wasn't enough so bumped it up to inch and a half pins and still getting the cough. After some thorough research I have learned that scar tissue can cause this and deep tissue massages break up deposits and scar tissue. Anyone have similar problems? Any suggestions upon experience?

Massage can break up adhesions but once scar tissue is formed, it's there for good. Like others have said, you can soften it but you can't make it go away. The best way to not have scar tissue is to prevent it from forming in the first place with solid pinning technique. That being said, massage is excellent for mobility and freeing up adhesions so your muscles can fire properly. A great tool for injury prevention and healing of old injuries as well.

Hey guys. pretty new to the site. I've been lurking in the shadows and doing a fair amount of reading. I have a really good chinese massage spot just about a mile from the house. Im curious what you all think about different types of massage. I notice several mention deep tissue. She can work the muscles just to the edge of being painful. Think thats beneficial? or should I look to find a place that can really dig down into the muscles and make it hurt?

deep tissue is the way to go brother. I get them done twice a month for multiple reasons , fascia stretching to get more growth , releasing toxins , help to soften scar tissue. it has many benefits for a seasoned bber or lifter. tren cough can come from going through a vein and a little gets into the blood stream when you pull the needle out. scar tissue will cause the oil to pool up and not get absorbed as efficiently as it did before the scar tissue was there, it'll take much longer.

don't drink any alcohol after or anything like that because when you get a deep tissue it releases a lot of toxins and if you drink on top of it youll get sick as fuck, not saying you drink or anything. an the first time is painful, painful getting it , and painful after so don't worry too much.

I had a huge buildup of scar tissue in my quads.....uo until I started severely training them to exhaustion. Once new muscle started to grow it managed to remove the scar tissue, I make it a point to train the hell out of every injection site and so far no scar tissue buildup. I also use 25 and 27 gauge pins which also minimize buildup.

Deep tissue massage should be a part of any serious bodybuilders regimine. ... scar tissure can limit growth, make injections more difficult, and put you at risk for muscle tears.
As to the possibility of limiting tren cough, I'm not sure.
Either way, very benneficial.

Very true. All the serious BB I know have a masseuse.

"Tren cough", regardless of the compound, is the oil and hormone getting into your blood stream and causing micro-embolisms in your lungs. That's why oil is never done IV. Scar tissue has veins, so that could be a source of it getting into your blood system.
As for deep tissue massage breaking up scar tissue, that's is debatable. Scar tissue won't "disappear" because you massage it, but it can soften it. Softening it may help, but that is variable.

It can't hurt, but I'm not sure what results you'll get. Keep us updated.

What size pins are you using? Vike has written a few posts about scar tissue after decades of injections. He uses nothing but 25g and above for all his injections.
I'm TRT and I only use 25g for my injections. I have also gone to test-u for fewer injections.

Quads are full of veins, so you may want to move for a while. I love the ventro-glutes. Very few veins and can hold a lot of gear.
I think that Vike said that he tries to use 28g and the like. He also has paper thin skin, so he can do things like that.

god damn that made me cringe lol.

It's the preferred spot for medical professionals for IM, due to the lack of large veins and plenty of flesh to hit.
Next time, stand and you should be fine.
