If you run out of bac water and need to do your growth shot you can make your own.

1. Get the cleanest possible drinkable water you can find (preferably in a glass bottle)
2. Get a small glass container with a reusable plastic cap.
3. Put the bottle and cap in a pot of water and boil it for a few minutes to kill bacteria.
4. At the same time boil the drinkable water in a separate pot.
5. When both pots are boiling take glass container and cap out. Pour out the water and set it up right. Then pour in the drinkable water from the other boiling pot. Seal the container and let cool down to room temperature.
6. Now you have sterile water which can be used to reconstitute HGH with. Only use the water once to reconstitute. As soon as you open the container it will no longer be sterile. So the next time you would use it , it would be contaminated. Create a fresh one each time.
Generally each 10iu or 12iu vial of somatropin is reconstituted with 1ml of sterile water. Using an insulin syringe you first pull 1ml into the syringe. Then inject it into the growth hormone vial. Do not infect directly into the powder with force. But rather let the water gentlygently run down the inside of the vial. Do not shake the vial. Injecting with force our shaking well damage the growth hormone molecule. After the water is injected into the powder there will be a few lumps remaining for a few minutes. Just put the vial gently into the refrigerator and let it sit 20 minutes or so. After that all the powder should be dissolved and the human growth hormone is ready for injection.
