IGF-1 LR3, CJC 1295 w/DAC and HGH Frag Question (joint related question)..
Any way these peptides could make my surgically repaired ankle feel sore/swollen/painful? I am talking 'normal' dosages IGF-1 50mcg/day, CJC 200mcg/every other night, HGH Frag 250mcg/2Xday.
I have posted questions/concerns about my ankle before. Like I said it was surgically repaired and has had scar tissue that has stayed around for a long time ( I have tried MANY things for it). It functions ok (I am a rugby player and can run straight lines fine but lateral is not as good), but is definitely very sensitive. I regularly need soft tissue work, stretching, compression, etc. It sucks but it definitely has me way more aware of my body, nutrition, etc.
I have had a pretty good summer with the ankle with off season training and sprints, and started the peps last week simply to trim up a bit and lose some fat (maybe small gains with the IGF), and since I started ankle is sore. Again, could all be in my mind though as sensitive as it is!
Just want somebody to tell me I am probably making it up and that I am crazy!, or that it could possibly increase sensitivity/pain/slight swelling etc down there.
Cheers

Oh, and I should mention, it got rolled on horribly in a rugby game April of 2013. It literally took around a year to rehab back to 'normal'!
Thanks for the reply Notorious..
I am have done research on TB500, and actually did try it, but from what I have read I need to be doing for a while.
I am not running these peptides for my ankle, though, and I did not mean for it to sound like that. I wanted an increase in recovery, fat loss, and some muscle gains from the IGF-1.
I should have updated: The swelling I had noticed was not due to the peptides. Turns out I probably just strained some ligaments on the top of my foot running hill sprints last week. It hurts a little bit now, but seems to be getting better. I doubt the swelling had anything to do with the peps.
As for my ankle, it is kind of a long story. I am always open to suggestions, but the main problem is that due to a couple of reasons (surgery, trauma, etc), the left ankle has laid down alot of scar tissue. As I have said, I can function pretty well (played touch rugby last night and was running wild), but it is always a case where it takes more time to recover, is painful at times, etc. Pretty much the best thing I have found for me is manual therapy (airrosti, graston, etc) where they just physically realign the fascia and also begin to break down the bad tissue. It is just a process, and takes a fair amount of time and money.
Not a problem man! Oh ok that clears some things up. Yeah tb500 needs to be ran for min of 6 weeks at min of 2.5mg a week for effective results (Throwing that out there on a side note) but for the intent of recovery, fat loss and lean muscle you are on the right track. One thing you really need to remember though, these peptides are a lot like AAS (not as in their effect) but just because you put them in doesn't mean they are going to work. Lean diet and rigorous exercise are key, as you more than likely know. But those are solid compounds and used correctly you'll achieve your results
Hey man from the sound of it you're going to want to look into TB500 and BPC 157. Igf causes hyperplasia, so the splitting of cells. It allows us to train new muscles basically breaking past plateaus and our natural genes. Will it help, only slightly. It helps with the micro tears of working out but not of traumatic injury or surgery. You need repair done.
Tb500 - It has been shown to speed up the healing process in wounds as well as being used clinically for anti-inflammatory purposes. restoration times and pain relief occur much faster throughout use.

BPC 157 - it has been proven to heal, strengthen and assist greatly in reattaching ligaments, torn muscles and even destroyed skin. (This particular compound I find incredible!)

There is plenty of research on both these compounds and plenty of results from people's experiences. Give them a look
Will the igf even work if you are on DAC? I thought they work against each other and DAC has a very long half-life.
Ok cool...one would think it would be the same with peps if it is due to increase in gh.
Thanks irongame!
Any thoughts on dosing with these that would not lead to swelling?
Na I really don't the only peptide I've used is igf-1 I use real gh so I don't have much advice on the frag and cjc. Like I said tho in my experience the swelling lasted for about 10 days. It doesn't stay until you come off like if you were on gear. Atleast that's whaf everyone I've talked to has experienced. It always goes away afte a week or two.
I guess that it is just kinds dumb on my part. I have been fighting the swelling of this joint in particular for years, only to inject swelling promoting substances into my body! Oh well...live and learn.
I wonder if one of those would seem to cause this more than the others. Frag seems to be the weakest, with CJC/DAC and IGF-1 LR3 pretty strong peptides. I knew that HGH could cause edema and possibly arthritis, but I did not think peptides were strong enough, or worked in the same manner so to speak, to cause these sides like pure HGH.
I have played flanker/8 man for 15 years. Played in college and now Men's D1 here in Texas for 10 years. Have played all over the US and outside the country. Love the sport!
Yea, I guess what you said is about right (or what I thought was possible). Fuck man, swelling of an already perma swollen looking joint is just not an option for me, unless I am just not running at all. I will say that I only injected IGF-1 once on Friday evening (100mcg) and Sat is when I woke up with my ankle hurting. I attributed it to the IGF and have not injected since then. I guess that any dramatic rise in GH in my body causes this to happen, and then the pain comes from the swelling. Damn!
Well, a side effect of hgh is swelling of the feet and ankles , which I experienced badly at about the 2 week mark when I first started and it lasted for about 10 days. So the goal of using cjc is to relaase more gh. Using gh causes the liver to produce more igf-1, and your taking pure igf-1, and your also taking hgh frag so a piece of the 191 amino acid sequence. So idk maybe your combo of peptides is kinda doing what gh would do.
I never had much pain in my feet and ankles though, they just swelled up like crazy. What position do you play in rugby? I played flanker until I really messed up my back. Great sport tho.
