taking the leap
Ok so I think its time to take the leap into the world of aas's. I have thought about it long and hard. Reading up on any and all information I can find. I am ready to begin a new way of life. Im looking forward to the changes that will be made both mind and body. My sole purpose for this new life is for me and for me only to see how far I can go. I really want to grow and fine tune my body. Currently I am 169. 5-10 and I think my bf is some where around 10-12. I have 2goals one long-term and 1 short-term. My short-term goal is to reach between 175-185. My long-term goal is to be around 225. I know with the right mind set, discipline and hard work theses goal can be met along with a little help from aas' s so this is where I find myself heading.
Im going to be taking a 12wk cycle of test cryp only. This way I can get my body adjusted to it and I will be able to focuse on any sides that may come up during cycle. I have adex on hand for Ai and I have clomid and nolva for pct. My diet is is on check but im sure it can still use a little tweaking here and there. Im in the gym 5-6days a wk for an hour to an hour and a half. I have a pre cycle pic of me in my profile now just dont know how to post a link for it here. Im really glad i found EROIDS I havee learned so much and im ready to learn a lot more I know this life change will be hard but im so ready for this transformation. Thanks to all the guy's who have helped me out so far and I look forward to meeting more friends along my way. Thanks drothers...

I strongly agree with palerider about getting your diet on track. 5-10 lbs of muscle is really easy to build when diet is tuned in.. shouldn't take you more than 2.5 weeks to add a solid 10 lbs, while reducing your bodyfat. In my experience you're just not eating enough, and even if you did run gear; you'll meet your goal weight in no time, but the flip side is your diet will still be off, and once you've completed your pct you'll return to your base weight. I see it happen a lot, I've experienced it myself.... Caloric intake dictates bodyweight.
I'll second roll tide but I would add it is good that you have been paying attention and doing your homework.
So now I challenge you to put on 5-10lbs of muscle via diet only before you start. It should be pretty easy if you are being serious with your stats. Know this, once you start on AAS it is difficult to turn back and damage can be serious. And as high as elevated test can make us feel we also face a depressing low when we have to reboot.. In essence, do not take this lightly.
The worst depression ever! PCT you can hang on and keep going, then once PCT is over and your all alone.... you'll feel it. Its like nothing else Ive ever known, Post cycle Blues. Hate my life when it comes about.
It is a mind fuck, no getting around it. But I will say with each PCT you do you get a better feel of whats going on and how to counter it. This is my third and two weeks in I am holding it down pretty good on all fronts.
Good stuff. My first PCT was a mere 60/40/20 standard Nolva protocol.
Nowerdays its more like Aromasin 25mg, Proviron 50mg, Clomid 100mg & HCG 500iu Mon/Thurs hahaha quite a jump, gets harder every time for me....
Yea, we all tend to push our luck with cycle frequency. I am hopeful for a good PCT this time so I can put any thoughts of TRT to rest for awhile.

First is Vike shakes add those and second link is post your diet up u should blast those goals without steroids with these links. U can achieve your goals just with diet .u want to gain like six ta ten pounds bro up don't need steroids u need a map to the kitchen. Seems like your really jumping the gun here I'd advise u to take some time and add some quality weight before starting
