While doing pull ups at the gym... always a good idea to keep shorts tied!!!! if you do not there is a chance when your on your last pull up jerking it up trying to get your chin over the bar your shorts will fall down around your ankles!!!!!!!!!!!!

dumbest and most awkward thing ive seen lately was this kid take two plates off one side of the squat rack leaving 0 on one side and two on the other. obviously you know it immediately flipped. best part was is that his gf or a girl he was flirting with was on the other side. almost smashed her in the face.

jzagI saw that happen a long time ago where a guy had 5 plates on each side of the leg press. He decided to unload it one side at a time. Didn't work very well. I'm pretty sure that's the last time he did that and I know that I've been very cautious about unloading weight ever since then.
