Does Tren, or other 19nors really raise prolactin?
ad
I've seen on some other forums that there is no real evidence that 19nors raise prolactin levels.
Is this bro science, real science, or something inbetween?
Has anyone seen prolactin levels get high from tren and verified by bloods?

I have in my own blood work.
The argument goes this way - Trenbolone is a Nandrolone derivative and therefore is a progestin. Progestins are synthetic progestogens. High progesterone should inhibit prolactin. So, therefore, Tren and Deca and NPP, and MENT, etc., should not cause elevated prolactin levels. But, they do, and we don't know why.
I've read somewhere - don't remember where - that progesterone upregulates prolactin in some tissues.
I just know I squirt cream in my coffee during a 19 nor cycle.
zschlitz1Bahaha me to man me too..
Once way back before I was correctly educated on the subject of AAS, I ran a 19 nor prohormone for about 6 weeks with only l dopa and P5P. No problems on cycle but as soon as pct started I had the rude prolactin sides of not being able to get my dick up without tadalafil, and having extreme difficulty reaching orgasm. When I did finally climax, it felt literally like nothing, also known as anorgasmia. Couple that with my lack of motivation to do anything in my life, and near depression like symptoms and it made for a very difficult pct. Never had any lactation though. Never messed around with any without proper supports like prami or caber afterwards.
Yes we have. Not only have we seen it with bloods but the medical data supports it. Luckily, nandrolone was approved by the FDA, so you'll find some case studies if you look in the right places.
