+ 6 Knee Jerk Reactions To Gyno

ad

Wanted to address some issues I have seen in several rooms over the past several weeks. I have seen a lot of guys concerned about gyno and wondering what they should do about it. Generally their first reaction is to take an AI and in some cases unnecessarily, caber. Also when they are on longer esters they are noticing the effects around weeks 4-6. This is normal considering that's how long it takes the longer esters start kicking in. The thing to remember is that these are serious compounds we are putting into our bodies and so to just casually or haphazardly throw an extra compound into our cycles can be very dangerous and have long term consequences.

There are two types of gyno; they are Gynecomastia and Psudogynecomastia.
The first is actually a build of breast tissue which is where the AI's come in and surgery. The second is actually a build up of fat around the breast tissue under the nipple. This hits most men in their later years who do not actively combat it with a fitness regime. Actual gyno can come from estrogen conversion and or lactate build up which is actually painful and embarrassing. You should know how to combat these before you start taking any of these compounds. It is not my intent to speak about how to cure, fix or prevent gyno in this thread. However the two basic things I would do for actual gyno are; GET BLOODS first then take an AI or anti prolactin. You should be checking for estradiol and prolactin if you are taking a 19 nor. (<----Look This Up).

For pseudogyno its simple. Shit load of push-ups (about 200 every morning) and dips (about 120). You can build a simple dip bar out of PVC pipe for 30 bucks from your local hardware store. It will hold about 230 pounds at 42 inches in height for schedule 40 pipe if you design them right. Heavier guys you will need to use schedule 80 which is considerably more but still cheaper and easier to move around than metal.

Lastly to me the most important thing here is to get bloods before you just add compounds to your regime. It is simple to do now days. You just order them online in the evening, the next morning at 7:55 you are at the door waiting for them to open. At 8:05 you are in the chair getting blood drawn and then your gone! Then take your AI. If your labs come back extremely high you know what your best course of action is. If they come back low you know you may have a different issue. Don't take them before your labs as this will throw off your readings.

Quick note on estradiol while on a 19 nor such as tren. Tren has been known to throw off your estradiol levels. Hopefully at this point if you are on tren or deca you know your body well enough to know whether it is test or something new. A quick and easy way to help you figure this out is to get your prolactin levels before you actually start your cycle. Then when you need to draw labs later on and your estro levels are high you have at least one other bench mark to compare to. If your prolactin levels are still within range or not up much at all you can assume it is estro related. Prolactin gyno does not always manifest with leaking nipples and can be confused from painfull lumps to that of regular gyno from estro conversion. Checking your prolactin is a must as is having an anti-prolactin as well as AI's on hand.

Thank you for reading this rant!

Thanks thats good info. You all do need to be aware that blood labs- any kind you get are useful adjunct data and that only. You cannot diagnose gyno with a blood test. You can neither exclude gyno because the hormone levels are in 'normal range'. Everyone's body responds in their own way to one drug or another to some extent. The manner in which these normal ranges are established is not as empirical as you might expect, and i have witnessed more than one lab regularly not reassess their parameters for blood chemistries as they are supposed to, sometimes letting 20 years or more pass without updating it. So take all lab test numbers with a grain of salt and pay most attention to what your body is physically telling you.

I've been battling a small lump for sometime now. Letro works for me but it gives me sores n shit that hurt and my skin gets rashy, but It definitely reduces the size. This a major concern for me in the EBC.
