So here you are, tired of being a fatass, tired of feeling like shit all the time, tired of being mistaken for monster666's mom, and you are looking for answers. Looking for that magic pill to melt away the lbs, so that the abs are finally noticeable.

So you have been doing a little searching and you read something about a cut stack with effing Tren and that seems to be the answer to all of your problems.

Well kids, I hate to burst your bubble but juicing really isn't for you.
Just recently, an overweight female friend of mine; tired of her small snack trays, decided to get a boob job. You know, to kind of balance out the package, maybe make her not look so fat. So she goes in and gets a damn boob job. I see her a couple of weeks after the procedure..
"Did you do her Ed?"
Hell no, I don't do fat girls, now quit cutting me off.
So I see her and guess what? She didn't look more balanced, and more curvy, she looked like she was 40 lbs fatter.
"Oh shit Ed!"
Oh shit is right kids, pack some silicone under a big ass layer of fat and guess what? The fat just looks like more fat!
Guess what kids!
"What Ed!"
If you pack 20 lbs of muscle underneath a fat ass body, you just look FATTER!
Do you really want to look like a water baby?
That's what the hell happens!
I've seen it too many times. Sure there is a rare occasion that a fat boy improves but that is very rare and I can assure you that whoever accomplishes something like has damn strong discipline. Discipline that is quite rare, especially in one who lets himself get fat in the first place.
So if you are thinking of juicing to get fit and look sexy and you are fat, I say guess again. Work on that discipline. Get that diet "on point" as the 17 years olds on this site refer to it and then consider the juice. You need to find that discipline first because you my fat friend may think you have an appetite now, wait until you start juicing. All this will do is turn you into an angry fat man, and we all know that when you are fat, if you don't have your sense of humor the world is going to kick your ass.

anything to be said for someone 20%ish bf that wants to do a test only 1st cycle and have that cycle be dedicated towards recomping? I took some time off after getting pretty big and strong w/o PEDs, got back into it, muscle memory had size and strength coming back like crazy and currently Im at 237lbs @ 5ft 9in, very close to if not 20% bf (I hold it well, trust me) and can bench very close to if not 405, squat 600+ in a belt and deadlift over 635. and those aren't up to my pre-layoff numbers yet. Im into powerlifting, its what Im good at, and as long as Im strong (which I have to be a certain size to be) I don't really care about how I look (within reason of course, plus Id never consider jeopardizing my health unless I had a very legitimate shot at putting my name in the #1 spot for an all time world record or something, which isn't going to happen so lets just say my health is very important to me-above all else).

I've seen time and time again guys 20-25%+ body fat get told to lean out before using, and I certainly am aware of the increased estrogenic issues, high BP, etc a cycle at high body fat can promote but if we're talking an average joe @20%bf vs say myself who admittedly is carrying a bit of excess body fat but is muscular/stocky and strong with a very good understanding of how to train his body to achieve his goals (and will make the main focus of his cycle doing a body recomp vs bulk), are we comparing 2 different animals or does my ass need to get on the treadmill (please don't say treadmill...)?

All kidding aside I wouldn't have been able to do it without trt. I'm sure some might say its a mental thing but unless you've lived it you have no idea what the trt guys are talking about (not you necessarily Ed just folks in general). This site has literally changed my life. With the lethargy and depression I was going through and not knowing why. I was 25%+ bf at 262 and miserable. That first injection created the motivation but the actual testosterone boost changed my outlook on life. More energy and feeling happier. This was me when I joined September 2012

Thanks ED. Steroids should only be used by persons already committed and dedicated to training without supplements already. I know for some people who were unhealthy when they started using did have positive results but I dont believe their use to assist a non-athlete to get in shape is a valid use. I just shake my head at some of the dumbasses here that make comments that they only lift when they have a cycle going and their sole purpose is "to look better in my shirt".

Great post as usual ED. Great point on the appetite increase on anabolics. If someone can't handle calorie restriction without AAS in the mix, they are doomed. Anything over my replacement dose and I need padlocks on the fridge and am armed guard.

So I have made a bad decision to run a cycle. Or have I? I started at 225 and around 25% bf. I've always been leaner but the last few years have been tough, I started to feel like I was falling behind. In everything. Work. Home. The bedroom. Just haven't felt it. Last July they run my blood work and my test label was 370. Free test 12. I didn't know what these numbers meant but they say it's in range so that's not it. But I do realize its low so I start researching to see what can I do. That's how I found eroids. So I jump the gun. Order some stuff up and jump right in right. Nope ordered everything I needed for a cycle pct ai hcg. So as I'm paitiently waiting for two months for everything I start reading everything I can on here, change my diet/eating habits. Now I start pct in a week and I'm at 230 and 18-20% bf. Still too much bf I know. But the main thing that I am most proud of is that I was thinking of ending my marriage or worse, suicide. Not anymore, my marriage is stronger than ever and I've never felt better. I've never performed better. I have a renewed focus. A Fucking Goal. A real achievable goal. If I hadn't started aas when I did I probably would've never got the motivation to do something or seriously strive for something. I would've just turned into that fat person you're talking about. I have to comment here.. I know this is meant for the guys but I have a LOT of guys ask for cycles for their women because they want to get "lean" or "tone" and lose some fat ... like anavar or whatever is some magic fat loss pill ... It is NOT... and what ends up happening is they run a cycle and they get real upset because their clothes don't fit any more and they get THICKER and BULKIER and they didn't lose the fat that they thought that they would..
Don't get me wrong here... If a gal has an understanding of what is going to happen more power to her .. I started juicing at about 20-25% bf but I had a very clear understanding of what it was and more importantly WASN'T going to do for me .... Testosterone is thermogenic but it isn't going to work without the training and diet in place... and most people don't want to hear this ....

I'm gonna step away from the crowd on this one. I've helped plenty of guys over the years shed the fat at 20%+ with a keto diet and an appropriate anabolic protocol. I lot of the guys were really big and strong and massive and fat. I think we do a disservice to fat high muscle mass guys in telling them they can't get any benefits out of juice on a diet.

I have to pile in with you and Carlos on this one. I know I was at 20% on the caliber test when I joined here. I had a pretty good base of muscle underneath but it wasn't until the introduction of AAS that things turned around for me. It was in no way just testosterone or just GH but it was a combination of them plus seeing other guys here in the same boat doing the right thing. It inspires us to keep going, to keep eating right and to keep killing it in the gym working towards our goals.

My personal feeling is if a friend of mine in the 40-50 age range comes to me and asks how to kick start their lives again I won't hesitate to show them the steps they need to take to do this the right way. I think legions of mid life crisis's could be avoided with the simple addition of testosterone.

Also, the issue is that many these supplement/diet food companies are thieves that prey on the false hope and make billions in the process. When they fail to do what the ad promises, people think they need to turn to the real stuff. No one wants to hear the truth.
