+ 1 Elbow Joint And Surrounding Muscle Aches & Pains
Looking for a little input to help me address an issue I've been having for a months. Yes, it's the age old issue. JOINTS. Specifically, my elbow joints, the bones within and the surrounding muscles around the elbow area. For the past few months or so, they're been aching like a son-of-a-.... (You get the idea), and if I move about and catch them with even the lightest of taps, I am cringing with the pains.
To address my joint issues in the past, I USED to use EQ (Equipoise). During off cycle periods, if joint pains would get too much of an issue, a simple pinup with a basic minimal dosage of the golden nectar for a couple of weeks or so and I'd be good to go for months on end. But during a past cycle period, I upped my EQ dosages for my cycles needs with some, unknowingly, bad EQ gear I purchased and it almost killed me. So obviously I can no longer use EQ, even in small doses.
I've been using cod liver oil for years. But in all honesty, it helps me with the flexibility within the joints of the body, but obviously does nothing for pain in the joints and surrounding muscle/s. I am also currently on a regime of heavy pain killing meds to help me with a medical issue I'm currently dealing with, but these pain meds only numb the pains. Accidentally knocking the elbow joint areas, or leaning on them to assist me with moving around in bed, or getting in and out of bed, etc, I'll catch it just right, (Or wrong I should say), and OH, LOVING PRAYERS TO THE HEAVENS, the pain makes me squeal. Even leaving the arm in a position for a period of time will make me cringe when I bend the arm.
The reason I'm looking for advice is, I read a non-related posting a few months back where a fellow member mentioned within the replies that he used a juicing product in low dosages for his own joint issues and several other members replied to the comment that they also found significant relief with their own joint issues when taking it. But for the life of me I cannot remember what the product was. I know it was a steroid product that is used amongst cycles by many users, but I can't even say if it is usually used within a bulking or a cutting kind of cycle because I can't remember what the product was. (I'm just being honest). I know it was NOT EQ that was mentioned, because it was reading about this product that originally caught my attention within the comment/s. I SHOULD have Favored the posting, but of course, I didn't and now I typically can't find it again.
Does anyone know what this product could possibly be? Or do you use a particular product yourself that you find brings you substantial relief from joint and surrounding joint muscle pain relief? Ibuprofen and other inflammation meds don't even come close to addressing this issue for me. IF anyone can help direct me further to address this issue, or know what possibly the product COULD have been that was mentioned, I'd really, REALLY, appreciate your input.

Mate, I know you're not afraid of doctors ;), so have you thought of going and having it examined? I recently developed severe knee pain in both knees. I finally went to the doctor, got x-rays and boom!! Arthritis in both knees was the diagnosis. So my days of heavy squats, leg presses and extensions are a thing of the past. I've also had a lot of elbow issues, but mine sound to be of a different variety. So I'd at a minimum get a medical diagnosis imoo. Cheers and hope you get it sorted!
You can check out my forum I wrote on peptide use
http://www.eroids.com/forum/hgh-peptides/peptides/tb500-and-my-experienc...
Now TB500 does work to some great degree for myself, I have noticed that not the same effects for everyone. I haven't been on my maintenance dosage as I should and starting to experience pain again but this time a different pain in the same elbow.
Deca is used to help lube joints however this is a 19nor compound and further precaution should be noted. Also deca is not a fix it will only mask the issues.
Using sleeves will help during lifts but again doesn't fix the problems. Going with an anti inflammatory before exercise, dropping weight way down with higher reps will be of a big benefit. Unfortunately there are NO quick fixes and 6 months or more of light weight exercising can be an only permanent fix. Due to allowing the time for your body to heal it's self. Always drink plenty of water eat jello or even marshmallows to help with joints.
not to hijack the post but i have been having very similar issues with my right elbow.. not only when i bump it but when i try to grip even the lightest of things.. It can be so severe that it wakes me up at night and feels like a dead arm.. It has been very detrimental to my workouts i must say.. Have you or anyone else experienced this before? Is it just "old age" catching up to me? I have been trying to work through it but i must say it has been tough..
You just described my issue as if we were living in the same body, Mate.
Hence this reason for this posting, to try and find relief for it.
It SUCKS don't it, Mate?
sucks doesnt even begin to describe it.. i feel like i have a dead arm most of the time.. lol.. cant even pick up my coffee cup in the morning.. and like you said its as if i cant help but bump it on EVERYTHING..lol
They don't call us Brothers and Sisters-In-Iron for nothing, Mate (LOL)
I think I get more exhausted from having to move around all the time, so I don't stiffen up and get the aches and cringes that come with being in one position for too long, that any other time.
But some of the responses below, to help address this issue, have been AWESOME. A whole lot more than just the ONE answer I thought I'd get.
And that's one of the best parts of being within the Eroids family. Whenever someone posts that they're having an issue, everyone comes together and bullies that issue into submission with all kinds of solutions to remedy it.
There is no place like it to gain such knowledge, IN MY OPINION.
You should look into a product called Aflutop. It's an arthritis treatment made from bioactive fish juice. If you're in Europe it should be easy to get.I ordered some from a source over there. My elbow was trashed but after shooting that stuff for 25 days my joints felt way better. My elbow still gets sore, but not near as much.I'd say it's definitely worth a shot.
I will look into, Mate.
Thank you
Read through this mate.

My elbow issues were severe......now they are gone completely.
Cheers
Thank you for the share, Mate.
Very good read and VERY informative too.
No problem bro. It is some legit shit. Works wonders.
Minimal dose of deca and supplement made by the guru himself Dave palumbo called artrolyze it's mega doses of glucosamine , msm n other stuff, creates more cartridge he claims helped me some also since I've been on pharma gh my joints seem to be feeling lot better ! Hope this helps
Arthrolyze is a great product - gives the GH the materials it needs for repair. Cheapest place to get any of the Species products is: http://www.allstarhealth.com/li.aspx?k=Arthrolyze
Funny u post that link that's site I use for arthrolyze lol thanks
MrfixitI use low dose deca and also Prednisone... Works Great! BigJ had the the same problem as you and I and i sent him some prednisone to try to see if it worked and he is a happy guy now... PM me and i can give you the name of the place that has prednisone...
Of course Grrl has the kick ass deca!
FR sent to you, Mate.
RustyhookerEver try horse liniment ? The power guys in my old gym swore by it.
I have never been able to confirm the ingredients within horse liniment, Mate.
They change from company to company. Because I am highly allergic to alcohol I cannot take the risk of using it. (I can't even pump gas here in the US because of the ethanol contents within the fuel).
RustyhookerOh damn. Definitly avoid it as alcohol content is high in linament. Sorry boss
No problem, Mate.
It's surprising just how many everyday products have alcohol in them. Even the basics.
Used to be the go-to product for most college and pro athletic programs. They used to also use leaf chewing tobacco to pull bruises out as well. Old school indeed.
RustyhookerI like trying least invasive before meds if possible.
I hear you. It was used all though the 70's and 80's and I know many trainers swore by it.
Low does deca works wonders for me. 125 mg / wk. Joint discomfort disappears. They don't call it "deca joint joy" for no reason.
Is this enough to shut you down? Wondering about it because I have major issues with my shoulder and deca is cheaper than tb500. Just wonder about running it all the time?
I would think that it would be enough. Nandrolone is highly suppressive. I've seen charts on a 100 mg dose completely shutting down Test production. I would always use Test with it.
Thats what I was thinkin too. Thanks for clearing that up for me bro! ;)
In the original posting I was referring to, 2 or 3 of the other members DID also comment about using a TRT amount of Test along with it.
Thanks for pointing that out too, Mate
Yes. I would run at least a TRT dose with low dose deca.
OH SWEET LORD!!!
That is EXACTLY what it was called, Mate. "Deca Joint Joy". (How in blazes couldn't I remember that?)
GEAR HEAD YOU ARE A GENIUS.
Apologies EVERYONE. And a BIG thank you to everyone who replied. I WILL also be looking into your suggestions for this issue too. +1
(Bloody, "Deca Joint Joy", S.M.H)
Have you looked into TB500? Its an anti inflamatory that boosts healing pretty well in site specific areas. Ive used it for my shoulder and it has helped me a lot.

BeanieIf it's tennis elbow there's two things to do:
(1) strap just below the elbow - downwards pressure bows the tendon and lifts it off the bone over the elbow,
(2) lifting hooks - your grip is aggravating the tendon in your elbow so use hooks to shift some of the load from your grip to your wrist.
Lifting hooks let me keep lifting and it's been six months and things are slowly improving.
I went to three physiotherapists and they all diagnosed tennis elbow but it was the guy in a gym equipment store who told me about the hooks.
Tumeric works wonders for joint pain bro!
