a 16week cycle as follows

1-16 test-e 600mg/w
1-16 EQ 600mg/w
1-16 tren-e 300mg/w
1-16 mast-e 300mg/w
1-8 var 100mg/d

a drop down in dosage for me. Ironically I got great results from less gear.

Got something similar planned (minus the var) for when I return from injury. Out of interest, why keep the tren as low as 300mg/wk Noid?

this cycle was an ARL blend. I would have ran it much higher but honestly I was getting tired of the sleep sides, and there was a big push to use less mg/w on the board so i decided to try it. and it worked great! lol, plus minimal sides!

like I said I just went back into a tren-a, mast-p TRT cycle, today will be day 3. 100mg/d tren-a and im sleeping 2 hours and then tossing and turning all night. my sleep sides on tren suck ass. even with sleeping aids, ed pinning, TRT test. just the way it is for me.

Understandable. There's a finite amount of time sleep deprivation can be tolerated for. I suffer more insomnia with tren e then acetate.

How were your results bro? Overall muscle gain, strenght gain, sides etc? Was that dose of mast enough to control estrogen?

I had slightly sore nips a couple times throughout that cycle and i think I treated it once with dex. matter fact I know I did once, maybe twice. Mast has never made any difference is estro that I could tell.

I went from 218 to 234 and i know i could have easily grew more but i literally went broke and couldnt feed myself like I needed too. my strength stays pretty normal now days, I dont push the heaviest I can lift much anymore. I got some serious shoulder problems going on. weird it always happens when im sleeping but wake up to like a pinched nerve that lasts for weeks.

Food is so expensive man. Just the other day I added up my food cost and gear costs and I spend like 5 times a much money on food every month. You should have switched into cutting mode! I'm on a Keto diet right now and it's acctually really cheap. But to grow it costs me a fortune.

But 16lbs is pretty damn good assuming it was mostly lean and looking at the cycle I don't see much water. I totally understand the shoulder problems man mine are completely fucked. Funny you said that about sleeping. The last time mine acted up bad it happened in my sleep but it lasted almost 3 months. Since then I've totally changed the way I train when it comes to chest and shoulders and who would have thought my chest has blown up. Used to lift heavy every week now I dropped the weights, upped the reps and really slowed down my reps and started using more plate loaded machines and shit and I can't believe how well my chest has responded. And I've been inury free since January which is a record lol. It's tough at first lifting much lighter it's an ego bruiser forsure but at the end of the day my goal is not strength. I would love to train for strength for 8 weeks or so a few times a year but Everytine I try I jus get hurt and get sidelined for a few months. It sucks but it is what it is.

You run Pharma or UGL Noid? Was the var at the beginning til the EQ kicked?

UGL, it was a blend with all those in it, kinda nice break from pinning, plus with them all longs I was only pinning once a week.

was my first time with var, ran it at the beginning. I liked it alot, not as mild as I was expecting.

I stopped this cycle about 3 weeks ago and just went into a tren-a, mast-p, TRT yesterday. probably run it for awhile.

You probably were pretty hard and dense after that. I know you ended at the same time cause of TRT, but how would a guy going into PCT end those? EQ and Tren first and end mast with Test?

If you where to run that blend i would just prop taper for 3 weeks.

I won't ever go into pct without a prop taper. This last time using that was so much easier on me.
