kale shake
nitti put me up on this guy, a video he had me watch, pretty damn intense stuff, by 45 minutes my mind was blown! http://youtu.be/1QP8isGwRbY in this video joe rogan talks about a kale shake. a quick google search took me right to it and ive been running it for the last 4-5 days. I had to tweak it a little but damn is a jolt.
todays after workout drink is
2 stalks kale
1/2 cucumber
1 peach
1 stalk celery
4 egg whites
(it supposed to have ginger in it but I took it out today and it tastes much better, think I was overdoing it)
blended all together, pour in shaker, add 2 scoops banana whey, a little milk. shake and drink!
the hairs on my head are tingling, did it yesterday too and I thought it was placebo.

Pussy!.....I had to take out the ginger and add in the whey with some milk so its not so thick. in its original form its like drinking a thick milk shake.
Really is it the kale in it that makes your hair on your head tingle. Is it kinda like niacin that makes my skin feel like it's crawling.I've been researching kale and it looks like it's a nutritional powerhouse according to some articles I've been reading on it.
watch that video up there, talks a little bit about it, gets into some other crazy shit about foods that make ya think about WTF are you eating. basically its all about brain foods!
