so i was reading about lifting and raw totals and came across this site. http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html. I was actually really happy with my weight!my best squat is 400lbs, best deadlift 470, best bench 265. body weight 182. still natty although planning first cycle for fall and cant wait to smash my prs! thought id post the site for anyone else wanting to see where they measure up. intermediate, not too shabby
markbeach512I like that. I'm hitting intermediate, 50 years old and only been lifting 25 months! This chart just made my day.
Elite bench ;-), advanced squat :-), intermediate dead lift :-(. I don't power clean and I don't max on overhead press. On the flip side, my lifts are off the chart if I was a woman!
