+ 1 Who else can't wait to bulk??

Idk about you guys but I can't wait to grow. So sick of busting my ass in the gym and knowing at best I'm just maintaining the muscle I have while I cut. Don't get me wrong, Iove the progess I'm making on a daily basis, but getting bigger is just so much more fun. If I learned one thing during this cut it's don't let your bodyfat get to high in the winter so you don't have to spend 4-5 months on a strict cut. And not to mention all this time spend cutting could be spend bulking and growing. Hopefully gonna finish this cut around 8% and I'm never gonna let myself go above 12 again. That way I'm 8 weeks tops from single digits and I can spend the majority of the year growing. But that's what this is about, learning and improving and that's what I will always try to do.

So what that said who can't wait to bulk and get big? My knowledge of diet continues to improve and the same work my training. Everything's gonna be perfect this winter. Oh and I do hAve a nice little cycle planned to assist me but I'm really just excited about how good my diet and training program has been and will continue to be. T minus 3 months until blow up phase begins.

Yes sir. You will explode if you go into a bulking cycle after being in a deficit for so long. That's my plan to.

yep i cut weight on my last cycle. increased my cal intake slightly off cycle to maintain weight. and that's exactly whats been happening. if only i could keep my weight where its at, and improve body composition off cycle...

Ya at. 5'7 215 lean id say your a little over your genetic potential, so you're not gonna be able to do much improving off cycle. I still got some room to grow before I'm maxed out so I can still make improvements off gear. I just haven't decided if I wanna do a real slow lean bulk, or keep my cals around Maintance and add in some cardio 5 days a week and continue to lean out, obviously much slower them I have been doing on this cycle.

I think the most efficient way to do things is pick one goal and go with it. Even if you have everything dialed in perfect to re comp i still believe you could be growing faster on a tradition bulk, or cutter fat faster on a real cut. Unless you have some crazy genetics, then you can do both but I cant. Thats just my opinion tho. Will see maybe at some point I will have everything dialed in so perfectly It will work. And looking at your pics you on gh? That will do it lol.

yeah...but found out it was underdosed so i was only taking 1.5-2iu/day...recently bumped it up within the last month or so...i think that has helped for sure...also been taking small dose of t4 and small dose of clen for the last 2 weeks along with a cut stack blend...every time i train it looks like i just got out of the shower lol...eating good and drinking lots of water and kicking my own ass in the gym...love talking about it reminds me that this hard work just might be paying off lol

I've got a show in October, or not now depending on surgery next week, then I'm coming off for a while then a big classic bulker. It's what I do best, piling the good down and laying down some more meat.

Nice man I hope the surgery goes well. And to bad you have to come off after your show. I have found that going into a bulker after being in a deficit for so long puts you in the most anabolic environment possible. I actually did it by mistake on my first cycle, did a little makeshift cut for 6 weeks before it and I blew up on that cycle. Dorian yates was a huge believe in this "primeing" concept. He knew he grew best right after the olympia after dieting for so long and he would be right back in the gym that next week while everyone else took the next 2 months off. Jay cuter did this same thing after this years olympia actually, i was watching a video on youtube where he was talking about it. Well hope you surgery goes well and you recover quickly.

To be honest I quite like the idea of a bit of time off gear as odd as that sounds. Bit of a clean out for 4-5months of "normality" then push for 275lbs this time next year.

I totally understand bro. It's nice to not be putting a bunch of drugs in my body. Test, var, aromasin, hcg, eca. I hate that shit. Im pretty fucking excited to come off to tell you the truth. I'm gonna do a nice full body cleanse during my off time.

I've never tried to "cut" I simply don't have the size for it yet. The goal of this cycle was lean, dry mass which I feel I've achieved. I'm taking some time off after this and come December or January I will be on an all out bulk. I want to put on some mass then work on the fine details after that. Sitting about 210 right now. Hoping the PEPs thourgh PCT and after will help keep most all of my gains. My bulk I'm hoping to add 20 + to my frame.

I hear ya bro, I really didnt have the size for it either. But after almost 3 years of bulking, and all the mistakes a made along the way learning how to do this i really accumulated a lot of fat. My face was chubby as hell, slight double chin lol, love handles, gut etc. I just wanted to get rid of it all and start fresh. My knowledge of nutrition is soo much better then it was in the beginning so I believe I can stay in much better shape year round now. Most of the fat I had I accumulated was during my first year in the gym. All I heard was eat everything. so thats what I did, but the majority of that came from terrible souces of food. I put on a lot of muscle, but also a lot of fat. So lesson learned.

I'll still maintain a good diet, but I'll incorporate more messy meals, pizza, cheese burgers...etc Sweets and junk food are not a problem, it's never been my thing, but I am an absolute carb machine.

Im the same way man, never been big into candy, desert and that kinda stuff. Well that is until i start cutting lol. then all of a sudden all this food I never crave or eat I want so bad. But i love pizza, burgers, chinese and all that good delicious stuff. Pretty excited i got this girl moving in with me in a month and she's gonna cook all my meals and she swears she can make healthy food taste good. I cant wait my cooking sucks.

Im definitely ready! After spending a year going from 245lbs of lard to 200 and single digit bf I will never get above 12% again. A years worth of dieting has really taken a toll on me. I hope to reach 220 at 12% by next summer.
