anyones wife/girlfriend on hcg for dieting?

Whatsup Animals.. my girl was curious about the hcg and how it is helping women lose weight when added to dieting..I'm clueless and can't tell her much on how to use it for weight loss . So if any of you have information on how she would add this into her diet she would really appreciate it..thanks fellas

My wife ran Hcg two different periods. She loved it. She claimed she got alot of energy and it definitely helped her loose weight. Anyone consuming only 500 calories ed for a month will lose weight. But try to tell your wife to eat less calories. only 500 is pushing it to me especially if she is athletic.
a low carb diet will work. Hcg can only be used for a 4 to 6 weeks at a time. Good luck and it does work!!!
I've done it twice, once two years ago and a few months ago. Had great results both times, lost about 25lbs in 40 days, and continued to lose after stopping. The first time I went to a Dr, the second time I ordered online and had the same results. Since you aren't supposed to workout while on the diet, you lose muscle as well as fat, but after having babies I had a massive amount of weight to lose so I didn't care... But you can't just add it to a diet, you have to follow the 500cal diet and only eat the allowed foods, to much modification to the diet decreases your weight loss.
AnonMy ex used HCG for about 6-8 months (don't remember the exact time frame) and lost about 70 lbs on it. The 'health center' place she got the 'legal' HCG from was charging her for all kinds of useless pills such as vitamins and packaged diet foods (total scam) . Within about 4 months after completing the full HCG diet program, she gained back all the weight plus 20 lbs more. Even worse, she probably damaged her metabolism to some degree by eating only 500 calories a day.
Oh and her friends were serial HCG dieters too and all of them put the weight back on as well. I tried to explain to her why it wasn't a good idea before she tried the diet, but she choose to believe the bullshit artist doctors at the 'health center'. Oh well, this was just one reason of many why she's now an ex lol.
I think some people could have some limited success with the diet if they are very good with food and portion control. The vast majority of women that do the HCG diet gain the wait back because they go on a binge later after starving for so long.
Personally, I think it's a waste of money. Women should just spend the money on a good HIIT workout gym (kickboxing, crossfit, whatever) and eat right.
I think this diet would work without HCG personally, and I think its also why HCG is getting a bad rap because of how this diet screws peoples metabolism up.
I know several that have done this, and they all, all, gained the weight back plus as mentioned. Now they say HCG screwed them up, but eating 500 cals a day I think is what does the damage.
DCHI1Horrible diet. U lose tons of muscle and will gain the weight all back. I've had five friends do it and they all gained the weight back plus some.
My wife is running it for 40 days at 150iu, following the 500 cal diet to a T, dropping 1.5 to 2 lbs each day. It works.

Theres a specific diet your supposed to follow when you do the hcg diet. it 500 calroies a day i believe and they even prohibit the use of certain makeup due to the tiny bit of fat contained in it. I think breakfast is tea or coffee, and thats it, then for lunch and dinner you get like 100grams of a certain type of extremely lean meat, some veggies and a bread stick. And thats the entire diet. I believe the dosing recommend is 125-200ius a day. Now don't just take this information and run with it. Im just telling you the little bit i know about the diet. If you google you I'm sure you can find everything you need to know. They have entire forums dedicated to the diet. But apparently its insanely effective. Most people lose between .5 and 1lbs a day. I think its done in 4 week cycles. google is your friend bro.

Right? Would be awesome to add while cutting. There is no way I could be restricted to 500 cals a day tho even in a cutting phase lol
lol i know man no way. Im struggling now at 2500 i couldn't imagine 500. Plus I think we would lose a ton of muscle on that diet even on gear. 100 grams of meat twice a day is not even 8 oz so your looking at like 40 grams of protein a day assuming that chicken breast.
Ya bro I'm steady 4200-4500 /day..protein in food/shakes is at 350 grams a day..muscle breakdown and loss would be so rapid at 500 a day. I'm sure crackheads have a higher daily caloric intake than that lol
