if your looking to get lean and shredded its all about carbohydrate manipulation and carbohydrate timing. when spring arrives i skip almost all carbs in morning and eat most of my carbs on training days. protein and fats stay at maintenance levels everyday. only thing that changes is carbs carbs carbs
I agree, carb minipulation is key for losing fat. My current cutting diet I go Monday 300g tues 200g weds 100g thurs300 Fri 200 then Saturday and Sunday 100g. On the 100 grams days I have 50 preworkout and 50 post workout, and on the days I don't train I skip the 50 post workiut. It's working so much better then when I was keeping the amount of carbs constant.
DNP has shed a good 20 lbs off of me in a little over 3 weeks and I was already fairly lean. Feel like fucking shit and some days I actually feel really sick. Not sure if I'd do it again but shouldn't have to since I'm going to try and maintain my current 8% bf. Sitting at 201 lean as fuck.

Eat good carbs on training days only, oatmeal, quinoa, sweet potatoes, bananas, broccoli, etc. But everyday get your protein intake according to your lean body weight. On off days eat nothing but protein and a half cup of oats. Substitute sugar with honey. Drink lots of water. I drink a whole liter first thing when I wake up for a proper BM, but throughout the day drink atleast a gallon. This works for me when I want to shed unwanted pounds.
Clen and t3 stack. Stay on with keto b4 bed after week 2.
Not two weeks on and two off. Just cycle the keto during needed off time.
Then cardio everyday you can 30 mins or more. Shoot for 3500 calories burned a week.
I cut down to whatever weight I want with this method in about two months or so.

The absolute fastest? Liposuction. Takes it away in no time. Since that is out of the question try tightening your diet better and do more cardio even if you hate it. Honestly at your age fat should still come off rather easy; its when you go past 30 that it gets harder and harder.
