I like to watch this guy sometimes; he pretty much sums it up in this video about all these kids with their massive cycles and talks about genetics as well. it's a shame that they never listen to the truth behind any of it and still stay thick headed.

I watched it last night with my wife; Him and Jerry Ward are her favorites now since I have been kind of forcing her to watch them. And I also showed her your crossfit fails; I swear since she got back in the gym she has done a 180, pointing at people in the gym (nonchalantly) and telling me "Is he supposed to benchpress like that?"
