Finishing a cycle, trying to figure out next one.
I had not done a cycle in over two years, and I recently started a new one. My goal ARE lean mass gain and recomp. I used CENSORED (can I say a brand name here?), so Trest E, Tren E, Mast. This should have been a great cycle for me, but four days in I got a bad flu. I kept on the cycle because I thought the flu would be short. But I was out for over a week and I was slow back to the gym after. It was three weeks before I was solidly back at the kind of workouts needed for this kind of course. I have made gains, and I'm pretty impressed with the lean muscle mass I am seeing. But it's not nearly as much as you would expect from a cycle like this. I should have stopped the cycle, but every day I felt I would be better the next.
So I would like to do a follow on cycle to keep on gaining, and don't know what would be best. I'm willing to focus more on mass now than recomp. I do have experience with most AAS in the past. I have a full cycle of Anadrol handy, and I have plenty of Test. But I am concerned with how rough Anadrol can be on the liver. But Anadrol has given me the best gains in the past.
Another I have considered is just to do Tren A, Test Prop, mast prop. But my body might be too adjusted to Tren/Mast now and not benefit.
Then I could do D-bol, Decca, Test. Though I'm not that keen on an oral because of the liver.
What's the right direction for me?

Thanks to the Mods who censored my post here, didn't want to violate the rules. And as stated in my stats I am on permanent TRT, so PCT is not an issue. And yes, I don't post my BF on here, one reason is that is fluctuates a lot. I started out at 19% BF, on the cycle I am currently at 15% BF, I wasn't expecting such a change.
And guess, what? I didn't do this cycle to lose BF, I do actually know a bit about this area. I know that any cutting AAS will only really work at reducing BF when you are at 12% BF and below. But adding in a cutting agent will keep you from water bloat which is a problem for me, and helps the muscle that comes on to be harder and firmer. Which has been my experience with this cycle.
And thanks for assuming that I don't know anything about diet, or that my diet is shit. It's not, and I eat a very healthy high protein body-builders type diet. And my labs are good.
So far into this cycle I have lost 5 pounds, I was expecting to gain at least 5 pounds of water weight, but the mast seems to have done the trick with this. Especially in the last week, my shoulders and biceps have noticably popped, I have gotten many compliments on how much bigger and broader my shoulders look, and that my arms look larger and my triceps are popping out. my shoulders are starting to have that nice round ball look that I don't see that often. Things are working in a positive direction, with my muscles looking bigger I think because they have been carved out from the BF and hardened, less because of muscle growth. I have not put on nearly the muscle growth I usually have in a cycle like this. But that's because of the crappy start I got. When I was sick and recovering, I couldn't eat the massive protein requirements needed for a cycle like this. I wish I could keep running this three more weeks.
I terms of sides, there have been remarkably few, and not that many Tren type side effects. my urine is sometimes darker or orange on days when I probably haven't been drinking enough water or on the few days I have had alcohol. So I think my liver etc are doing ok.
Hmmmm.......... sounds like you are quite happy with yourself and your poor results!... the guys below are right you know, your stats suck! and you say your diet is on point and you still use alchohol? thats just negative and wrecking the testosterone you are using.
Unwillingness to listen and change approach is going to be your downfall, and i am speaking as an older man than you.
Think about bodily changes like the Bow of a tree!....... when that Bow refuses to bend and flex in the breeze what happens?........... IT WILL SNAP!!...meaning we must remain flexible in our approach and not have a closed mind to change or new direction.

Look man, 15% body fat-your diet sucks, i could rip 4% in 3 weeks if needed with out any gear. That 4% you lost you probably lost while you were sick.Control your diet and then run gear not the other way around, so your diet sucks or your training sucks, one or the other or both, more drugs are not the answer! Time on pct get your diet and training in check and get prepared properly if you want to run. We can guide you but you gotta be willing to listen...We will helpyou far exceed your expectations. Getting the flu is not an excuse for shitty gains, if you believe that your 1 fooling yourself and 2 you need to man up and lose the bullshit excuses. Be smart, clean up the body, get your nats restarted and do some recomp gear free.

The cycle for you has already been stated PCT recover those are long lasting drugs that are still in your system. While you PCT get a on point diet plan and get on that ASAP then you'll see real gains.
U just got done with a major cycle of test tren and mast. The only advice u will get here is time off. u need your time off and go get blood checked asap. I'm afraid u might have more side affects if your body fats really so bad u are embarrassed as u state on your forum.
your all fucked up! first of all no mention of sources! next you wont get any help without cycle history and stats. Next you are kidding yourself if you think that 3 weeks off when the estered havent even kicked is the reason you have made shitty gains! and lastly what you need to be thinking about is recovery not your next cycle.
I just looked at your bio, you should always list TRT in your posts. My advice is still the same you need to go read and learn diet, get your body fat in check and do cardio. cycling with high BF% is unhealthy, and with a shitty diet comes shitty gains no matter how much or what compounds you do.

I don't get this new connection between gear and weight loss - like 20 years ago here in the states there was fenfluramine / phentermine - "fen phen" - real popular until it started to wreck people's heart valves. And, now, I'm fat and I wanna lose weight so I'll use STEROIDS?
I believe the phenomenon comes from guys that have moderate to high metabolisms and shit diets, they go on cycle, clean up their diet and contribute the BF% loss to the steroids. Or the 10 other guys that are watching this presume it is the steroids that is doing the trick.
I've actually run into several folks here on eroids that are looking for the Fen-Phen combination, to supplement their steroid use. Just add dnp and you've got yourself a winner! SMH....
