I must say that this is hands down the best supplier I have ever used. Very professional, to the point with inquires and resposes, which is something I appreciate. There is nothing worse in my opinion than reading post that have turned into comedy central with jokes and rebuffs regarding what was done on the weekends.
Arl is all business, if a mistake is made, he makes it right, especially if he is at fault..all in all I have nothing but respect for the way they run a business and hope they stay around..I would also like to add that during there reorganization I had product that had been destroyed during transport..this was more than two years ago..I had deleted the corresponding emails assuming I would just take a lost. In short, he not only replaced the entire original order, but included products I did not even request...That unselfish act made me a customer for life( and Im talking 20,000.00mg of Primo here) basically just taking my word on what happened...yes he replaced the entire order, even though 10,000.00 mg did make it through. So as you can see this is why no matter how small or large my order, Arl will always get my business.
My self as well as the combined products ordered from friends ..I believe every product aside from the HGH has been tried with no complaints or issues.
I have always had excellent communication, and even when tracking number may have been overlooked, a quick email and it was in my inbox.
I have actually broken vials trying to open the package( Which he replaced)

-19 weeks at 500mg + 400mg susta bolde and I have not gained weight, I have not gained traction, or have had side effects. Very-proportioned product. I will not buy here. My diet, workout and rest was correct.

This dude is busy as hell. i read the si page b4 ordering and saw that he's a little slow responding from time to time, but everyone always gets their gear. in my case, it couldn't have gone smoother. got order confirmation in just under 24hrs and was sent a tracker in 5 days.
my gear arrived in 10 days (canada), well within the advertised t/a. the gear is SUPER well wrapped. i mean you could fire that shit out of a cannon and your vials aren't cracking.
i just had another smooth order last week with these guys. if they keep up this standard i can honestly say i wouldn't consider ordering from another src.

Within about 2-5 days . Always responds to inquiries.
Sometimes a little slow to retrieve donation and ship. One time they didn't retrieve the donation for 10 days. Then I emailed them and they said that I needed to send it elsewhere. Packaging is the best I've seen from any source. If donation is actually received then shipping takes 3 weeks from this date.
Great source when everything works properly. But can be a pain in the ass when there's a donation issue on their end. I'll probably stick with the higher up sources for now on as I've had some issues lately with their whole process of purchase.
In the past 2 months, i made two separate orders with them. the first one went smooth, i got the goods, the quality of the gear was awesome, and i got it in 14 days. the second order was a nightmare.. communication was replied within a reasonable time BUT, they lied to me..i was patient waited a week, 2 weeks, on the 3rd weeks. i was able verified that they were lying to me, i confronted them about it, then they told me to cancel and resend donation.. that's 3 weeks later bros!! c'mon are kidding me!!! they had me running around calling up places, wasting my time.. thump down on their service dept. next time be straight about it and stopping wasting peoples time..

i would be cautions with them.. the gear quality is great ill give them that but, thats it.
Have ordered twice from ARL. Both orders were received in about 3 weeks. First order was missing Dbol tabs due to out of stock, was told would be replaced with something else in my next order. As promised my an extra bottle of Pro Test was included in my next order.

I already have made 3 orders from ARL and they were great.
I made the 4th and he keep saying that the order was shipped but over a month passed and nothing. And since one week he stop answer to emails.
This is sad because the gear, the prices, the TA and the comunication were great till now...

It took 2 months, emails, and a bunch of misunderstandings but I finally got my order. Everything seems legit. Tren is blood red did my first shot today and very smooth. I'm hesitant to order from them again but I might take them up on that extra 10% discount they are giving me for what happened. I greatly appreciate that

This review is overdue. I have been absolutely impressed by ARL gear & business practices. I have received four orders (5th on order now) from ARL who has easily become my main source for international gear. Communication is what you would expect with the line of service, kinda short and brief. Until u annoy them and then they don't respond at all. I ordered back in march received early april and was missing half my order. Which pissed me off but in arls defense they did let me know they were out of stock on a few of the items I just didnt see it it was in my spam. So they reshipped my missing stuff supposibly early april. It is now may 6th and haven't received anything, im ive messaged them atleast 5 times probably more like 20 times and have not got an email back nor a tracking number. I feel like once u annoy them in order to order again u have to use a new email so they will respond to u
All 3 times packaging is out of this world, must own a tape company, and ta is good

Communication is always within 24 hours. Support is just as good,very helpful with questions/problems/etc.
T/A very good for international. Packing is the best I have ever seen. 30 minutes to get products out!!
These guys are easy to deal with, affordable,with great quality. I suggest shopping here. That being said I am new here but in the game and other boards for years. So I have had my share of bunk products/wasted money and I would not suggest someone shopping somewhere I had doubts about. Thank you ARL!!!

Arl I used for the first time and I'm regretting it communication is bad I paid 3 weeks ago he had change receivers which I did and he claims it wasn't picked up and I have confirmation it was. I have sent him proof of everything and I'm still having trouble receiving my order. As of now I think ARL is a scammer and I wouldn't order from him. Hopefully this nasty review will help get my stuff. If anyone wants proof il be glad to show anyone
