I will say this is probably one of my best cycles to date . With a combination of tren gh and test I feel better then I ever did . The one thing I did was adjust my dosage. I seen better results with lower doses in comparison to how high I use to run in the past . I can only speak for myself when it comes to this .One of the major adjustments was the add in of gh . In the past i wasted a lot of gh by abusing it . So the results that I was expecting wasn’t there . I changed that plus the source and nothing but daily changes . My diet which is the most important you have to try to understand how your body metabolize food . Everyone is different one of the mistakes I made was following the basic blueprint on how a BB should eat . I modified so that it would fit my goals . Don’t be afraid to go outside the box as long as you can still see the box you haven’t went to far . ( no homo )

Hell yeah brudda! Your post is real af too! Once you understand your body and metabolism you adjust your goals based around that. Everything from stack dosages to diet macros follow suit. Then when it’s dialed in it’s just a matter of training like a beast. Know what exercises do what and how to create muscle confusion and volume. Make sure and switch it up when you start seeing plateaus. Switch up your diet and training every time that happens. I’d even switch up your stack if that happens as well. Don’t get caught up in the status quo. You don’t need to run the same compound for 10-12 wks.

If you’re not a part of the Advanced cycle group you should hit up rusty and get your ass in there. Dacky is on to something really cool for GH.

Carlos thank you . Sense I been on here there’s a couple of guys that where around when I first got here . I would always admire them more so for there wealth of knowledge you where one of them . You always was a Stand up guy tell it like it is regardless if that’s what you wanted to hear . So when you comment on one of my pics then humble myself and listen. There is supposed to be a lot of synergy between tren and gh/igf1.
Mind sharing a little on how you were “wasting” it before? And the protocol you’re using now with the growth hormone?

Let say I was blasting gh way to high also at the time I was much younger. I’m starting to believe that growth shouldn’t be added to you reach a certain age . But the way I feel now in comparison to barley able to stay awake and hands being numb . I feel 10x better now . Now I use 4iu pwo and 4 iu in the afternoon. Is there synergy I can only say that when I use tren in the past I didn’t feel this good maybe because the dosage is lower or the gh . I would have to run the same curl then compare my notes .

I was gonna say 250. Most guys at 215 (myself included) look pretty skinny IMO. Unless they’re like 5’5” or below.
