Thanks dude. Weird thing is that I tore my PEC dec of 2017 and legit couldn’t do a chest or shoulder exercise for about 7 months. Gonna focus on my arms a little more cause there flat and I hate the way they look.

Shit man sorry to hear that. I haven’t been able to press overhead for many years, can you do lateral raises?

I hit laterals high reps 2-3 days a week to maintain fullness and size and I’ve actually been able to keep and even grow my shoulders with zero OHP movements. Might be something to try if you have the mobility.

I can yea. I’m going to start training my bi’s and shoulders 2x week at high reps. I tore my pec doing incline flys w 25lb dumbbells while on tren. I was honest w dr and he told me taking tren caused the tear so I’m gonna be more cautious while on this time around.
