My Cycle Log - review

I posted my proposed Cycle Log a few days back with a couple of questions, I suppose I should have asked here.

Would like to hear a couple of reviews especially in regard to HCG, do I need to add it? and if during what weeks?

I haven't used it on my previous two cycles, got a bit of ball ache though.

Ready to get flamed as fuck for lack of information but will answer any questions as fully as I can.

DESCRIPTION, CONCERNS AND EXPECTATIONS
Hi All,

Age:36
Height: 5'11
Weight: 200lbs
Body Fat:12%

EXERCISE: 6 days a week, doing 20-30 minutes HIIT 3 times a week with boxing on Sundays. I have been working out for 4-5 years.

EATING: Clean, dropped all sugars and eating 4 x High Protein meals a day with Complex Carbs thrown in and protein shakes.

SUPPLEMENTS: Protein Powder, Creatine, BCAA's and NO2 and will throw some Milk Thistle in along the way

CYCLES: I have done 2 cycles over the last 2 years, first was just Test and then I did an 8 week cycle with Pharma Grade Sustanon only, for both cycles I did the standard Nolva, Clomid PCT and used Arimidex throughout.

I finished my last cycle 12 months ago with no issues and PCT went well.

GOALS: I am trying to lose a bit of body-fat and gain lean muscle at the same time, thus the HIIT. I found this cycle on line and it was recommended.

QUESTIONS: A) Is it a good cycle for what I am after?
B) Would you use HCG on this cycle and if so how would you incorporate it?
C) Would it be advised to run Dbol at the start?

NOTES: I am not prone to Gyno but have Letrozole on hand if it arises.

Any help from those here would be appreciated.

NOTE: I have not started this cycle and will not start until some of the more knowledgeable minds here let me know their thoughts.

Looks like the proposed cycle is test c @ 400mg/wk with a prop kicker / taper and var finisher @ 40mg for the last few weeks.

The first thing that sticks out to me is you only have nolva listed for pct but your comments say you've run the standard protocol in the past... ?

Usually I run Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50, the cycle just had Nolva used. I have both on hand. Will run a standard PCT on this cycle as well?

I don't know about the kicker and taper in 3rd cycle maybe just kicker if you did one. Standard PCT. HCG would be up to you. Personally I never use it on cycle or before PCT and have recovered fine. The only time I may consider it is with a heavy cycle or one that lasts longer then 12-14 weeks with what you are proposing I don't think it's crucial that you use it, but won't harm anything. How long is this proposed cycle?

I end up using it alot.. my natty levels are sky high, so exogenous test, causes the boys to shrink.. hcg is the cure.. plus those pornstar money shots.. LOL..

lol, yea I'll run it with my winter cycle next year cause I'm gonna be running nandrolone. My recovery after PCT has always been good knock on wood, but nandrolone is a hard shutdown. Don't know if I'll run it on cycle or blast before PCT...... gotta love them money shots, what little bit I can get out of my raisins, lol

Yeah nor-19 can be pretty nasty.. I only use HCG for 2 weeks at a time, about 4-6 weeks in; I see testicular atrophy and I take a couple thousand IU and boom ready to rock and roll

I'm pretty much the opposite. I have always used hcg on cycle and have always had exceptional recovery (shown by bloods I've posted on here) afterwards. Never ran any really heavy cycles. I don't see a negative to running it other than some people are of the opinion it desensitizes you. I believe that could be true but at the usual 250iu/2x week I think the dosage is low enough that it's not making you produce any more LH then you would naturally.

Anyway, it's your call man. I've seen guys do it both ways with success.

In terms of the proposed cycle..... What's your site rotation look like?

Exactly just goes to show everyone is different. I may try it one time just to see if I notice a difference. I agree also with not seeing anything negative to running it. +1 for the good info.

Definitely a good write up. One thing worth noting that I didn't mention is the extra aromatase activity that will come from even a low dose.

Stats look good, looks like you got a handle on diet and nutrition. Previous cycles were smart and you did a proper PCT. You've taken more then enough time off. So far I'm really pleased with this. It's nice for a change. Once we see the cycle we'll be able to answer your questions.

Hey Pin, a couple of questions.

I have all gear and PCT on hand now. First Pin will be 2ml of Cyp, do I pin the Prop on the same day different location and then rotate from there or should I do the first Cyp pin on one day the the first Prop on the next day?

Also have some HCG and wanting to lower the testicular atrophy that I get, how would you dose this according to my cycle?

Cant wait to start this cycle, everythings in order, look forward to replies

I had to read back through the posts to see where we were at. 2 ml of Cyp? Lay out your new proposed cycle so I can see what you have decided on.

Sorry, 1.6ml as Im still doing 400mg per week of Pharmatest Cyp250, Pharmatest Prop will be at 100mgEOD for three weeks

You doing your cyp once a week? How long is your cycle? HCG would be like listed above 250 i.u. 2x a week. If you do a kick start you will want to start your AI a little earlier then normal. The days that prop and cyp are both used you can pull them into the same pin. The other days you need to rotate sites. How many pin sites do you plan on using?

I will pin the Cyp once a week, its a twelve week cylce. Will be pinning Delts, Quads and Glutes but only Quads and Glutes for anything over 1ml.

What weeks should I be pinning the HCG @ 250i.u 2 x Per week? Never used HCG before but hoping it will stop the Testicular Atrophy I always seem to get, not a fan of having small balls.

Is there a particular reason you only want to pin Cyp once a week? I mean you could pin it once, but twice will help keep levels more stable and help control sides, also you wouldn't have to pin as much oil. I've not used HCG either, like I said earlier I would only incorporate it with a long or heave cycle. Testicular atrophy doesn't bother me really, it's part of it. Makes my junk look bigger, lol, but if you deiced to use it start it 2 weeks into your cycle. The link I provided on it pretty much tells you how to go about it. Just keep in mind with the Test P kicker and HCG you'll need to make sure you have your A/I in place, because both will contribute to higher E2.

Hey Pin, thanks for the link. I will change the Cyp to twice a week Mon / Thurs, on days when I pin Cyp/Prop is it OK to use the one Syringe for both? For A/I I'm using BP Arimidex at 0.5 EOD.
