+ 1 Is the standard PCT all wrong?
I've been getting some good info from Dr. Scally off of another forum.
In a thread regarding PCT, he stated that repeated PCT started too early can lead to ASIH, or anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism.
I asked him directly, is the standard PCT of clomid and nolva 14 days after last pin on a Test E or C cycle potentially harmful. He replied with yes, 1000%.
He suggests waiting till all of the exogenous test has left the system, at least 21 days for a typical Test E cycle.
He also recommends HCG, and using test prop at the end of the cycle.
I'm going to wait till at least day 21 next cycle, and will try a little test prop taper at the end. I'll also start looking for my HCG source.

nolva and clomid for pct is tried and tested, bloods and hundreds and thousands of people use it, I use real life experience over a study or doctor any day. why would anyone want to add in test prop for pct when that's supressing you more? were trying to recover, it would be like an on off switch constantly being flicked on and off inside your body.
Flash, The Dr. does use clomid and nolva, his problem with the standard PCT is starting it too early.
He would suggest using hcg before PCT, and using Prop at the end of the cycle.
He believes that it could take 35 days for a long ester like Test E to completely leave the body, so during the 35 days that the long ester is winding down one should be using test prop.
There is no hcg or test prop being used during pct. His concern is with running serms while there is still exogenous test in the system.
ok well i agree on ester clearance brother , thats crazy bro ive been studying this myself, it seems deca and eq especially are still active even after ppl finish pct so im with you on that part. plus 1
